I don’t have much complaints, this is run of the mill fast food (it’s taco bell the bar isn’t high) BUT for gods sake the amount of times sauce has been forgotten is a testament to dissatisfaction. Add it on the app, go through the drive thru, leave in the notes multiple times “plz, just plz don’t forget sauce”. It’s. 90% miss rate, i’m convinced I need to go inside and meet Sauce God himself to get a droplet. All this to say, they literally never provide the sauce...
Stopped by less than an hour ago and my order was wrong 🙃 I asked for a #1 (3 Supreme tacos) and got regular crunchy ones. The tacos were stuck to the wrapper 🫠 so they broke apart before I got to eat them. So that's annoying. Order #290 7:24pm.
I order ahead and the food is always good and ready when I get there. Only problem is it seems the staff is all grinding it out on food prep and it's hard to get service in the dining room. That might explain why the place is empty during dinner time on a weekday. Idk if eat-in fast foods are on the way out, but someones still gotta pay attention to the people picking up food and delivery drivers
