After waiting 23 minutes for my order; they threw my crunchy tacos on the metal counter table and everyone of them was broken.

I come here every other day picking my kid up from school all my order have been consistent I dine in everythings great Keith keeps everything proper and clean he's worked for taco bell 25 years he needs a raise and a employee appreciation award he's a blessing to the company best location I've been at

TOTAL RIPOFF. Paid over $8 for basically a half portion of the already small Nachos bell grande. Guy at the window was rude, didn’t offer any sauces, and kept my receipt. I paid over $1 extra for steak instead of ground beef and got 4 tiny slices of “steak”.
I’m furious and even more mad I didn’t get a receipt to escalate this to someone bc
I assumed it was in the bag.
Nachos bell grande is now the size nachos supreme used to be, and even smaller when they totally gyp you on the already small quantity. Wanted to treat myself to my favorite fast food and got home furious. It’s not worth it and you should just get food from a local restaurant for about the same price.

I got a nasty wet Mexican pizza that wasn’t supposed to be even on the order. My food that I ordered..missing. Also no Baja blast?? So I got a nasty red Powerade thinking it was going to be blue. A waste of money. A waste of time. Don’t even bother going here. $20 for inedible wet food. I’d ask for store credit but I’ll never be going back.
I get that this is Taco Bell. I am doing community outreach. A woman needed protein. I thought this would be a cheap easy fix. When I received my order, it was missing the ground beef taco. They did quickly fix that. I took the Crunchwrap supreme to the camp. It was such a lack of any protein for her, I drove 20 min back to store and received about the same. Not sure if it is this store or Taco Bell in general. It is really too bad, and there are other places at the same price point.

My boyfriend went and got food today. He got me a nacho Bell grande and alot of the chips were broken up pieces and it barely had any cheese or meat wasn't worth it. Wish we would of ordered from some where else. Do better don't give customers a plate full of tiny broken chips with a few normal chips .

I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 bean burritos. There was 2 cars in front of me. For some dumb reason when I get to the window I pay for the food and they asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring my food to me. There was nobody behind me so not sure why they did that. I pull around to the front and wait 20 minutes, they never brought my 2 bean burritos out. So I went in, waited another 5 minutes and finally got my order. Worst service I've ever had not to mention the dumb idea of making get out of the drive thru line to bring the food to you. Isn't that why it's a drive thru line. Horrible service
