I have gone to this location more times than I can count and have never experienced such rude service. The manager Christian is horribly rude and incompetent. All the other workers were extremely nice. I've never experienced anything like this and will not be returning to this location.

Waited 10 mins to get my order taken with an empty restaurant. Meanwhile I look in the back and everyone is sitting on their phones. Then again went back to their seats and phones and waited another 20 mins for 3 hard shell tacos.

I ordered two beef muchacos along with party burritos. I only received one muchaco and the one that I received the order was wrong because I wanted them to add chili sauce and they didn’t . I was just passing by so I lost out because I’m not driving 45 minutes to go back for a three dollar burrito. It’s pretty upsetting I am unable to call them because the phone number it is a cell phone? Oh yeah I just realized that they didn’t give me hot sauce…..Jesus Christ man….

Very dirty and unsanitary.Guy taking my order es bleeding from his hand and wrist and continued making tacos. Then he went and got some blue painters tape and wrapped it so it wouldn't continue bleeding on the food.

I have a few things to say about the William Cannon location. I cannot say that I've been treated well there by much of the upper management. My wife in fact is the current manager her name is Rachel. Sometimes when we're at home she yells at me. She tells me that I come to her work" Too Steal things" too much and try to help her do things and she says I'm s/"violating some kind of" court document oSometimes I fantasize about hitting her with an iron but I'm afraid to be found out. The upper management they say that I'm too aggressive and on nurturing to the homeless that live in the parking lot. But they have a freaking couch! Like for real a couch in the parking lot! Like who does that you're homeless you don't get a couch! Now let me tell you how to steal soft drinks. First ,if you're feeling adventurous wait until there's some kind of emergency in the back ( like ,I don't know,A Small FIRE)! and then swoop around the corner with Ninja like Grace and grab the large white styrofoam cup, after which the world is your oyster in Taco Bueno. You may notice me I have many tattoos and dress badly with messy hair and I may even be sitting on the couch in the parking lot. Welcome to Austin I seem to say with a pleading look in my eye that says please don't tell upper management that I stole this chalupa. I have become addicted to The cheesecake chimichanga and I have plans to sue Taco Bueno in the near future I began to lose weight rapidly, and I became delusional, I was even beat up by a small gathering of villagers, all during the time I was a c cake head. I pawned all of my possessions and began to speak out loud mostly to myself and exclusively to myself! Someone has to pay for this, on this note if you are a lawyer please email me immediately I believe that all the things that happened to me have to do with those cheesecake chimichangas. So I conclude if you see me around Taco Bueno with my messy hair, tattoos, and generally holding a cheesecake chimichanga don't stop unless you're holding! If you need me I'll be sitting on the couch....

Good Beans! Update Summer 2023 something's changed the food has lost its flavor. The beans taste like mush and the beef has no flavor.
Should be zero stars. Ordered a cheese quesadilla - way more plain tortilla than cheese & it was cold by the time i got to it as they put it in a thin paper bag instead of a container. The tostadas had minimal ingredients & the refried beans were super salty. The queso is mediocre with super salty chips. The Cheesecake chimichangas were the only thing that was semi decent so well say this is why they get 1 star instead of 0. I will never order from this location again.

The bueno burrito is SO nice and long, and it literally came with a nice round set of tomatoes. As soon as you try it, even if it's just the tip, an explosion of sour cream hits your mouth to complete the entrée. 5 stars. Oh, and their food is good too.

It is a crying shame that this is the only Taco Bueno in Austin yet we are inundated with endless Taco Bells. Unacceptable.
