Location has gone downhill. The women who work here always have a bad attitude and talk to people condescendingly. The men are actually polite and helpful. Food always takes a long time to be prepared/ready and is often soggy/cold/hard by the time it’s received/opened which in my case is typically within 10 minutes after getting it. I think I’m done giving this location chances and will not be spending any more money here.

The fact that the food here is now cheaper than taco bell, blows my mind. And that's only because Taco Bell raised their prices. Not because Taco Cabana dropped theirs.

Most times I've been here service is usually decent. Today wasn't one of those days. Customer service was very lacking. I literally had to raise my voice to get their attention because they were ignoring me. I paid for tea and they didn't have it available for us. The guy that finally got my tea from the back rudely put it on counter and walked away w/p a word. Hate that I spent my money here today. Lost my appetite.

I was assisted by Jamie at the window and I must say she’s incredibly kind and helpful her patience while it was already truly made my morning. It’s not often your encounter is such an exceptional service and I felt it deserved recognition.

I have been without a kitchen for the past 6 months (remodeling) and taco c (Ben White Austin) has been a main go-to a couple times a week. All the employees there have been helpful and efficient, particularly Denise, who has a professional attitude and obvious love for her work which has shined through every time. Thank y'all so much for keeping the quality at the highest level!

Of all the cabana tacos, I imagine that this is the worst, from the arrogance of its manager to the employees, none of them pay attention to you, they spend their time talking on the phones and their response is that I can eat somewhere else, I do not recommend visiting this restaurant in any way.
