I was there at 7.26p.m waiting to picking up an order for some customers. The door was open, then 5 minutes, employees told me that I should do the line in the drive thru when I was already inside. I felt bad with her. I preferred to canceled the order. I hope this restaurant respect time of drivers.

On 2/20/24 Diana served me today and she provided great customer service, she thank me for being so nice and in good spirit due to her not having a good day. Even though she didn't show she was having a bad day she still provided great customer service with a smile on her face. Diana you rock and I hope the company recognizes your great performance. ?
I grew up going to taco cabana and absolutely loving it but I couldn’t believe our experience at this location. Their ice machine was down, no salsa in the salsa bar, they didn’t have crispy taco shells and the overall cleanliness of this one was terrible and the tacos were not up to their usual standard. We were very disappointed.

I have been eating at the Taco Cabana on West Ben White since they opened. The staff is friendly and quick to respond and the food is consistently good. I especially like that they always get my order right!Dietary restrictions: I have severe dietary restrictions due to a medication that I take, but I have made a point to find dishes that I can eat. And the iced tea is GREAT!

I've been visiting this location ~2x/month to get my TC "fix" since Fall 2023. My order: Cabana bowl, steak fajita, black beans instead of refried - drive-thru. Denise & Hugo are awesome - friendly and professional. Rarely a wait of significance in the drive-thru.TC's in general can be hit or miss regarding quality of fajita meat, esp steak (my preference). Sometimes I ask (at any TC) which is "better"(fresher) right now: chicken or steak. Awesomely, this location's steak fajita has been consistently good, which is why I'm posting this review. Today was exceptionally good, as I watched steak fajita come straight from the grill! (Well, technically, I watched Laura take the steak from the grill and put it in the warming drawer, but then she built my bowl, reaching into the drawer - with gloved hand - and witnessing the steam of freshness!) :)Yes, I ask for names, to hopefully get these workers some kudos for their good work!Today, Hugo took & gave me my order; more often it's been Denise. They're both great.I will return to this location without a doubt and as long as my Cabana bowls continue to be as awesome as they have been!Thanks y'all!
