Had a weird experience today at this taco cabana. Firstly, when trying to view the digital menu above the cash register, the entire menu went to an advertisement. I had to sit there waiting for the ad to go away for what felt like forever before I could even see what I wanted to order. Secondly, once I knew what I was going to order, I walked up to the cash register and the woman working the cash register just sat on her phone and didn't take my order. After waiting at the register for a minute or two, she walked to the back and disappeared. I am quite disappointed with the service.
Once I finally ordered and got my food, the burritos were delicious, though I'll probably go to another location next time.

The guy working the drive thru on Saturday 2/15/25 was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was shocked that someone could be so dismissive about pico de gallo. I asked for more and he TOLD ME that was enough. Who do you think you are to tell me what’s enough? I said nicely “no I need more I use a lot” and he pointed at the container and said Thats a 4 ounce. I said I know I need more. He FINALLY said hold on filled a tiny container said here and slammed the drive thru window shut in my face. I would like someone from corporate to contact me I’ve been coming here for years and never met someone so rude.

had to wait several minutes for my order to be taken by a manager who was complaining to me for some reason about how “no one wants work anymore” and she proceeded to get my order wrong. furthermore, every time i come to this location the tortillas taste old, any other taco cabana i’ve been to has good fresh tortillas and good service, not this one.

This was my first time ordering here, but not my first visit. The first time I came by, I was finishing a 5-mile walk and feeling pretty hungry. It was around 6:30 a.m., and I was surprised to see the place was open.
When I walked in, two women looked at me but didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence. I spent a few minutes looking over the menu since it was my first visit and didn’t realize I had been standing there for about 7 minutes (checked my Fitbit). During that time, neither of the employees said anything to me.
I stepped out to check the drive-thru line, which only had two cars, then walked back in. Still, no one spoke to me. After waiting longer, I coughed to get the attention of the woman standing directly in front of me, pulling tickets from a machine. I said, “Ma’am, I’ve been standing here for almost 10 minutes. You could at least let me know you’ll be with me soon.” Her response was, “Give me a minute.” At that point, I walked out.
Today, I decided to give the drive-thru a try, but I waited over 15 minutes despite only two cars being ahead of me.
I’m not sure if these delays are due to being short-staffed or something else, but the customer service and wait times definitely need improvement.

Waited at the drive-through for several minutes, and no one was there. Plenty of cars in the parking lot but couldn’t see anyone inside. This isn't the first time they've been closed during "open hours". This place used to be great. Disappointed.

Went in tonight (Sunday) at 8pm. They seemed somewhat understaffed but were so warm, friendly, and accommodating. Staff moved fast, and got us our order quickly. Shoutout to Jose and Henry who made the whole experience easier. Y’all were great and we appreciate you.

What happened to this place? It looks like it's struggling to stay in business. Either that or management doesn't care if it does. Only one employee claimed to speak English. That's a lie. They're just lazy and don't want to deal with you. The condiment bar was always a highlight of Taco Cabana. Not here. It looked like it hadn't been serviced or cleaned in days. They were out of lids for the to-go cups, out of tea as well. It took some waving down to get it taken care of. I asked a lady employee about it and all she did was grunt and point at an employee who was busy ringing up other customers. The food looked like it was assembled in the dark. At least the tortilla machine did a great job.

There is a woman who works at this location who rearranges your order to charge you extra. It's just one person, but it's problematic when you go regularly. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location because the same order can go to 2.50 depending on who helps you.

The food was good, service was a bit slow which would have been understandable if it was busy but it was just my wife and I in the store. 7/10 would go back to try again
