I placed an order to go, on Nov. 26 at about 3:40pm. Payed for over $97 worth of food, just to find out, once I reached my destination, that 1/3 of my order was missing. Total ripoff! I paid cash and wasn’t given a receipt. Who knows if it was done intentionally. They also didn’t give me cilantro and onions I asked for, since their salsa bar was very limited and more than half empty.

Went through drive through and got 2 breakfast taco 7:30ish one chorizo/egg and bean and cheese and the tacos has hair and dust in it and it and around the wrapper. Never coming here again!

Very hostile environment staff was blatantly racist, did not bring in my dine in order to my table but only called the number . Meanwhile a white man was also a dine in but had his order delivered to his table.

I work very close to this location and come here at least once a week for lunch. They recently changed the chicken they use for fajita and it is very obviously a cheaper meat. It is very fatty and actually kind of gross with a different seasoning. Thats so disappointing to me! I really hope they go back to the original meat they used before!

BAD SERVICE!!!! I used to be a loyal customer at Taco Cabana, visiting almost every weekend. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the manager, Daniel, has completely changed that. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. His behavior came off as not only unhelpful but also racially insensitive, which is absolutely unacceptable from someone in a leadership position.
It’s disappointing to be treated this way at a place I once enjoyed and supported regularly. I will no longer be coming back, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where customers are treated with the basic respect and dignity they deserve
The past couple of times we've ordered takeout, the order was either missing items, and/or wrong items. When we called back about the issue, they hung up on us. Won't be going to this location anymore!
