Not only did the forget multiple items off my order. But they also made all the food I did get wrong ? really annoying. Then they didn't even give me a receipt or answer the phone when I called back.

Utter failure.

Don’t try to go late - they close the dining room before the posted hours.
Drive through service is ridiculously slow.

Additionally, the person working the drive through interrupts your order after every item to try to sell you junk that you don’t want. They didn’t read back my order or tell me the total.

Three cars ahead of me in line… 18 minutes to receive my food. At least the staff was polite.

I frequent this taco cabana because it is near my house. It seems like every time they are understaffed or have an issue with my order. I keep going back thinking it can’t be bad every time and every time there is an issue. I got stuck in the drive thru for over 20
minutes with my kids today and all I had ordered was queso and this is not the first time this has happened. I think I have finally hit my last straw. I could have gotten better food in a shorter amount of time than I did today.

The most horrible food l have bought. Cabana is one of the restaurants l like,but this one is a no no. I slent $30 to order food while l work. Those workers sure want the business to collapse. This is my last,never again.

Extremely slow and I’m literally watching them socialize while I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive through. No one ahead of me in line.

It smells like sewer. There is definitely an issue with plumbing in the bathroom. When myself and my co-worker and I walked in, the lady who took our order was nice enough, I have no complaint against her. There was a homeless man who was very dirty and smelled very badly who was in a wheelchair that was either under the influence or mentally unwell that went and blocked off the entrance to the bathrooms for the remainder of the time we were there (my other co-workers met us) finding a table was a moderate task because most of them were dirty. It took about 20 minutes to get a relatively small order, I'm usually very patient, but we didn't get a lot of food, so the wait was unusual cause the drive-thru wasn't busy. One of my coworkers is very pregnant and needed to use the ladies' room but was unable to because the homeless man wouldn't move. The environment is unwelcoming. This place needs a deep clean, a change in management, and probably security like another location not far away.

Worst food/experience i’ve had this year. I had it delivered through a 3rd party delivery service. All but 1 item was wrong. First we received a call from the restaurant claiming that they were currently out of steak, so they asked if chicken was alright. I asked if they could substitute it with ground beef instead, but they replied “well we already made it”. It’s not a huge deal, so I said it was fine. If that would have been the only issue, I wouldn’t be writing this review. When I received my food, I found out that all but 1 item was wrong. I also ordered 2 soft beef tacos a la carte. I got 2 soft bean & cheese tacos. No lettuce. No tomato. Not even the complimentary salsa. I was also still charged for a steak quesadilla even though I received chicken, which should’ve costed less. I also found out that they charged my bank account twice initially before they refunded the 2nd charge! This is my 2nd bad experience at this location (in a row) and I won’t be ordering here ever again. If you’re looking for fast Mexican food, you’re better off going to Taco Bell or Taco Bueno!
