My boss just got us all lunch from Chyngon Eats.
I had a Babacoa on corn and it was delicious; I inhaled it.
Really like the green sauce too. I'll definitely be back!!

Super fast service, I ordered 2 orders of the red chilaquiles and they were ready by the time I drove the 5 minutes from my air bnb. The food is amazing, definitely spicy if you're a white girl like me lolol. Only critique is that I wish they were a little more saucy and the egg a little more runny, but that's just personal preference.

I haven’t had anything else so I can’t be too hard on them but the Barbacoa and Shrimp tacos were not great. The first had no flavor, definitely needed salt.
The shrimp flavor was decent, but the flour tortilla itself was very much store bought flavor & feel.
Maybe it’s catered to a certain clientele but coming from a Mexican household, this didn’t hit how I’d prefer.

Best breakfast tacos in the area. So so fresh and great flavor. Eggs are fluffy. The owner worked in the taco business for over 20 years before opening his own. Funny location but totally worth it.
