Food is good, just watch the bill. There’s often a surprise. This time they changed me $13 for 2 Agua Frescas ($6.50 each) when their menu said they are $5 each. It’s not like I wouldn’t have ordered them for $6.50. Same happened with a cocktail last time.

Taco Flats at La Holly in East austin is phenomenal. amazing food. the Clarksville location, on the other hand, is not so great. been there about a dozen times and the staff act like you are an inconvenience sometimes. very aloof and unfriendly. food quality is sometimes great, but sometimes just ok .... at least for the price. its just so inconsistent how my experience there has been. dont think I'll ever go back, and im not someone who leaves bad reviews. this has just been too common an experience as a local resident. how is the quality at La Holly consistently fantastic? and i dont drink, so judgement is not affected by that.

Put in an order and stepped outside. Once I stepped back in I was ignored even when I approached the counter. I was hoping to order a soda while I waited and wanted to make sure while I was outside I didn't miss my order. I finally had to request to ask a question after still being ignored 30 minutes after putting on my order. I was finally helped and lo and behold the food I was waiting to ask about was sitting there the entire time. I told the server that it was pretty lame that I was passed up on multiple occasions and not even acknowledging me when I had stepped up to the counter by 2 people for at least 4 passes. Simple acknowledgement would have sufficed. He then told me that there were more important guest than me there. As someone who had already paid for and left 20 gratuity on takeout after already paying a 10% service fee. I found that answer to be inexcusable. I'm now eating cold food and would have a hard time coming here again if that guy or girl were working.

Great spot for lunch! I have been several times and the Pirata taco and seasoned chips with guacamole are good every time. Atmosphere is quaint and service is fine unless it's really busy. I like the little corner location in Clarksville. Parking can be challenging if there aren't any open spots so be ready to hunt for a few minutes. Regardless, great tacos and super easy spot for a lunch meeting.

Love the food and atmosphere but beware of ordering take out on a Friday night. 30” late on my order(yes, there is a disclaimer about take out during peak hours). Dine in and enjoy the cool space or be prepared to wait longer than most places for take out.

a decent taco spot with a ton of options. i tried the shrimp and gringa, which were both delicious. it's a bit on the pricier side without a matching portion size or quality. i think two tacos easily fills you up! the quesadilla is definitely a must try. wouldn't be the first place i come to when i want tacos but they do have yummy food.
i came here for a birthday party and they were very friendly and accommodating. they even kept our cake in their fridge so that it wouldn't melt! they made the birthday special by being super friendly.
