This was my first time at Taco More, and I had a very good experience.
The restaurant is quaint and kept very clean. It reminded me of how my grandma's house use to smell. I liked how the restaurant was set up and the overall look of it.
The lady that helped me take my to-go order was very sweet, polite, and jolly. She made me want to be there. The other lady standing there didn't seem like she enjoyed what she was doing or even being there. She did not hardly speak and she didn't smile. I will stay clear of that lady!
My food came out hot and smelling so good. My wait for my food was not too long either. The menudo here is the best I've had in Austin and from a restaurant. The only menudo I've eaten was my grandma's. So this place has amazing menudo!
My dad was so impressed he told me their food reminds him of how his mom cooked for him and his siblings. We shall be eating here a lot more!

Great food and service. We tried three different salsa's and they were all good. Menudo is great with your choice of with it without pata and with or without granulos. Barbacoa taco was great.

This is only for the small consomé for take out size small. I was baffled to receive only enough meat to fit in the take out spoon they provided the rest was purely consomé soup and 5 pieces of chickpeas. The height of the cup they used was smaller than the palm of my hand so thinking back I shouldn’t have been as surprised but I have eaten in and the small portion was reasonable. I called to confirm if the portion I received was correct and they confirmed they are suppose to put less meat than what it takes to complete a taco. If you are going to do a take out go for a large.
