Taco Palenque (Takeout - Delivery Only)

taco palenque is the best mexcian fast food you can get with even quicker service. I grew up eating these tacos along the south Texas border and I’m glad to see them making their way up north! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat with a home cooked feel

As of lately, this location has gone severely downhill. The size of the tacos is significantly smaller than any other location. Both favor and DoorDash have menu items added by taco palenque as though they offer the full menu but once you place your order, those items are canceled because they do not have them. Most recently I ordered a few tacos with a bowl of the fideo and the fideo flavor was completely different than it has ever been and was extremely watered down. Today was my final straw. I placed an order online for pick up. It said the pick up time was going to be 11:10 AM. Upon arrival of the location, there was four gentlemen standing outside ordering their food. Once they completed their order, the gentleman working on the inside, opened the window 4 separate times, made eye contact with me and never spoke. So I finally said excuse me, sir I’m here to pick up an online order. To which he got annoyed and rolled his eyes and asked me my name. I gave him my name. He opened the window, said he didn’t have an order for me asked if it could be under a different name. It was not. I showed him the charge from my bank as well as from my Apple Pay showing that it went through taco Palenque Square app and he refused to continue looking and told me “sometimes that happens”. Not once did he ask me what I ordered or if he could go ahead and get that started for me considering I had already paid for my food in advance. I contacted my bank and in fact was charged. This customer service is unacceptable, and I will be NEVER order from this location again despite this being one of my favorite taco places in Texas. HUGE disappointment. If this guy is the manager, its time to find his replacement.

Put this Traditional Mexican Joint on your bucket list. They were featured on a morning show in Austin today. I googled them and found several places in Austin but there are many in and around San Antonio area as well. I will be looking for a road trip a Taco Palenque soon.

No idea if this place is any good or not but $9 for a single taco is RIDICULOUS

I love taco palenque they make the experience so easy. Order online and food is usually ready in 15 minutes. Ernesto is always on top of things. However I do wish they offered panchos!! But overall great spot , good food, and awesome service.

I recently visited Taco Palenque and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional and the staff were very attentive. Although the prices were a little high, the quality of the food made it worth the extra cost. Every taco was packed with flavor and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. I especially loved the salsa and meat, which were both delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and delicious tacos. I wish it had space for sitting down though.

I recently went to Taco Palenque and the food was really good. The fajitas were very well seasoned and tender. I also ordered Mini tacos and they were very tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly. The service arrived promptly. I highly recommend Taco Palenque when you are craving for tacos.
