This location has always got my order wrong every time. I shouldn't have kept coming and gave them chances.. I order something really simple too, black bean tacos with cheese and bacon. It's always missing an ingredient or it's another taco entirely, how can you get that wrong?

Staff don't seem to take COVID restrictions seriously. Your food has gone down hill, and your service has never been top notch...get it together and wear your masks.

Love Taco shack so much! But just wish it could stay open till at least 4 pm for the people who don't eat breakfast so early! I really believe you guys would still have business around this time. The food is to die for, so good please stay open a little bit later for the rest of us that don't eat till late afternoon would love some breakfast right now.

Should call this place Basic Shack. Mediocre quality, small portions, and salsa on par with Mc Donalds. I hear the ATX taco is good but in 2 visits it hasn't been available.

Really like going to this place, usually go a few times a week since it's located close by, but today was a nightmare! Me and my son waited a full hour for the total process, took 30mins to reach the order speaker which I get when busy, keep in mind there was only 4 cars ahead of me. It took 10 mins to get to the window and then the disaster hit, we waited 20 mins people.....20 mins for 5 bean and cheese tacos. The employees were walking by the window laughing and joking and cutting up, the cook guy keep coming out of the kitchen area and looking at us in the drive through window then would open the swing door to the kitchen looking back and forth from us to it , say something in Spanish and you could hear several people bust out laughing and then he would walk back in the kitchen. This happens at least 4 times. My son even asked what is taking so long and why does that guy keep looking at us and laughing? After 20 mins we finally got our tacos and left, got home to open the tacos to literally not exaggerating a "spoon full" of beans in each taco. It just cost me $14.10 for 5 tacos with a spoon full of beans in them??!!??!! I eat here all the time and have never got a taco like this!!!! These tacos cost me $2.82 each for a spoon full? I hope this business is not letting go of its quality and customer service or I might have to reconsider eating here still. SUCH A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!

My kids love the tacos here, but we just had a disturbing experience here. When I first got there, I went to the restroom to wash my hands and notified them that there was no soap in the ladies restroom. I went again at the end of our meal, still no soap. I watched an employee leave the restroom before I went in who had obviously not washed her hands with soap. Taco Shack employees do not use gloves to prepare food, so I am totally grossed out that we just ate there. I let them know again, and East just told "sorry" as the employee walked away.

Taco bowl is a fantastic option for keto ppl!!!!! 4 ingredients of choice for $4(appropriate IMHO) BUT a 16oz standard drip coffee is $3.25 that I serve myself from a pump service!!!!?also, the salsa bar is marginal and has no pico de gallo....not impressed! My next visit I will do the bowl and drive down the street to the gas station for a $2 monster energy drink!!!!!!

Just The Best Tacos in town! Everything is fresh, warm (even after 30 to 40 minutes. Friendly staff who know me by name.

Not very friendly drive thru guy at this location. Ordered a dozen tacos and told me he would charge for extra salsa after 4. Not a customer service guy. Plenty of other places serving breakfast tacos.

I like dogs21 please

Um, we paid 40$ for a bad attitude from the employee and terrible food. For one, portions are humungous, but taste really bad and bland. For two, the cheese on my burrito seemed refried and dry. My refried beans were worse than family dollar's. For three, the eggs were undercooked, runny and seemed processed. If thats not enough, the tortillas were made of PAPER it seemed like. The employee had an annoying and infectious bad attitude. Sorry, you lost my buisness.

Great Food, Pleasant Atmosphere, wonderful employees! It doesn't get any better than that!

This is a fast food restaurant, but I recommend trying the Pepes Pescado Taco (fish taco) which has great flavor and the quesadilla has more chicken than what I expected and had good flavor!
