Austin Bergstrom Airport location is the absolute worst service experience I have ever witnessed.

Y'all i had the audacity to make a left turn on South Lamar risking my life in the process for these tacos. They were pretty good but not life changing, the tortillas didn't feel thoroughly cooked but the flavors were there. Overall pretty satisfied!

I've given this place 3 chances and they've all been total flops. First day they opened, we got guacamole that was so spicy that it was inedible. Both myself and partner thought it was terrible and we normally love Taco Deli. We assumed this was grand opening stuff and they would get it sorted. I back with two friends and my friend again got the terrible guacamole. So this is their thing. When my friend gave her bowl back as inedible, the girl working there actually said "yeah we get a lot of complaints." Okay fine, noted not to order the guacamole at this location. Today, I favored 3 avocado and bean tacos. The avocado (like maybe an inch in each taco) was so tiny and the beans were soupy. So it tasted like eating black bean soap in a taco. Three strikes and you're out. I'll drive a bit further to the spyglass location when/if I get interested again. I should also say I've been living here 17 years and never had a bad experience at the one downtown, spyglass or even the airport. These must be separate owners. Note to owner: you lose more money in the long run trying to give tiny bits of avocadoes and diluting beans. You've lost our business permanently and we live super close by. This location is already trending with much lower reviews and I have seen no response from management looking to make it right on the other bad reviews.

I ordered a bean & cheese taco and asked the employee taking my order if the taco came with scrambled eggs and he said they did.
Arrived home and there were no eggs in the bean and cheese taco (ugh). I called restaurant and explained the situation to the manager on duity (CJ) and she quickly found my receipt and credited my credit card for the full amount + offered me two complementary tacos the next time I came in. Great customer service!

I'm a pretty dedicated Taco Deli guy but oooffff, this new location ain't great. Ordered takeout, showed up 5 minutes after order was placed. I checked the order and it was incorrect and that was corrected but when I sat down to eat, the beef taco was ice cold and the nice bits they add to the queso were nasty. I could tell by the unmelted cheese that the taco meat had never even been heated.I've never really had bad food from any other location but this dinner was nasty.
Another awesome Taco Deli location! We love this spot and their food and service are amazing here. What a sign too! We had some lovely margaritas and salmon bowls. Mmmm!

I went to this location because it said it had frozen margaritas. When I went to get my order the lady wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there because they were mad it was 8:30 and closed in 30 min (ridiculous) and then told me they didn’t have frozen margaritas anymore when I just saw her pour 2 and put to go stickers on them then stick them in the freezer for probably herself and another person. So I was charged for her drink basically and went out of my way for nothing. Don’t go to this location.
