Queso tastes like it’s from a can. Got my order wrong.

These good reviews are SO fake lol. First of all, it’s in one of those shared kitchen takeout only kitchens (not a food truck as pictured). The chips and queso is not actual cheese (the kind you get at baseball games as a kid) it’s actually comical. Food is not fresh at all. Don’t be fooled!!!

Great tacos and even better customer service! Super friendly and approachable. We had the chicken, beef and shrimp tacos. All were delicious and a great addition outside Austin Brewing Company!

ordered double rice and received beans, filled only half of the already tiny sides box in the togo container. the tacos were soaking in some liquid and soggy. the horchata was good, but not worth almost $5 for small bag.

20 minutes to prepare 2 tacos. No food truck, ghost kitchen type concept.

Please don’t fall for the high rating as I did.
Spent 52$ for very sub par Tex-mex cold food and gelatinous salsa. Called to let her know the food and fries were cold and missing ingredients she assured me she will issue a refund
Guess what no refund. So they lie just like the ratings
There are better places to eat in Austin!

Pictures old and misleading. Ghost hall, no character in the food. Tablet still asks for tip though you never see a human.

I ordered Quesadillas and chips , that was it ! Why did they take 55 minutes to give me my order. It was not rush hour , in fact we were the only ones ordering at the moment. When I had asked how much longer it would take they couldn’t even give me a proper answer! I guess I liked the food but it’s not worth the 55 minute wait

Review is for pickup ordered ahead of time, eating at the location. Despite ordering for a set pickup time, my food was ready about 20 minutes prior to the designated pick-up, so it was a bit better than lukewarm when I got it.

This location, contrary to any photos, is NOT a food truck. The best way I can describe it is a dystopian ghost kitchen food hall. If you go in person, you're ordering at a kiosk from any number of 80+ restaurants (Tacoly Moly is on the second page) and picking up food from robot-delivery in a locker. There are a few tables indoors and outdoors, but not much. Water is bring-your-own-bottle and utensils and napkins won't be provided unless you specify.

The food was pretty good. A friend of mine has been to the original food truck and said it's about 80% of the way there. I got a chicken taco, pastor taco, and beef fajita quesadilla and left relatively full. The meats were good and the quesadilla was unique crispy in how they fried the cheese past the tortilla. The tres leches cake was also still moist and running liquid as we consumed our tacos.

Unfortunately, I paid extra for avocado and did not see any avocado with my meal. There was only one girl working the ghost kitchen pickup and I was unable to get help for this.

Overall, we were afraid of the ghost kitchen environment but the food was still solid, slightly above average tacos. 4/5 knocked down for my missing avocado.

I ate there for the first time yesterday, May 22, 24 and had the best quesadillas ever! I ordered Al Pastor and added bacon and avocado. WHAT! I was instantly hooked! It was less than $11!This location houses MANY restaurants. When you walk in, you see a counter, plenty of seating, mailbox-like bins, and monitors. Choose the restaurant of your choice, place your order, and wait a few minutes. When your order is ready, you are texted a link that you click with your bin number. You open the bin, take your freshly prepared food then off and away you go!

I was sooo disappointed with this purchase. First off it's not a taco truck at all, the picture is a lie. I thought my GPS had taken me to the wrong place!! I unsurely entered the building I was directed to to encounter an automated ordering system that I needed the food order pulled up on my phone to get. Since this whole experience was unexpected I was a bit slow. Much to the chagrin of the door dasher behind me. That picks up orders. (I know because, they were so close. I could hear them sigh, and say "really?" It was embarrassing. ) After giving up on trying to get the automated system to recognize my order. (And feeling rushed) I finally caught the counter person's attention. He located my order and gave it to me. Between the drive home and the confusion picking up the order, my food became cold. I heated it up. After all this, the food was not tasty!! I ordered queso, in addition to my meal, it was so thin, it reminded me of Rico's nacho cheese dip. It too lacked flavor. :( I braved both rain and lightning , only to to feel like I waste my $20. There just isn't any thing positive I can say about the whole experience. Maybe if I knew what I was actually getting into, it would have helped some. But going from thinking I'm going pay online and easily pick up my food from the person who made it, to the stark difference of what I experienced was quite disappointing. And, the food just wasn't that good. All in all a one star visit... :(
