I decided to look up some local spots to try some new breakfast tacos around the neighborhood when I came across this truck on maps.
We went early on a Friday morning and had the friendliest service from a gentleman and sweet lady. It was our first time so we asked for recommendations and they were happy to help.
We tried chorizo/egg/cheese, bacon/egg/cheese, bean/bacon/egg/cheese, and potato/egg/cheese. These were such delicious tacos! Great amount of filling we were both full from two each. My favorite was the bean/bacon/egg/cheese, if you like good beans they made the taco top notch.
The sauces were delicious, hard to pick a favorite. The orange sauce has a good kick to it that makes a savory addition. We will definitely go back and support. Highly recommend if you're in the area for a quick bite.
Food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. The tamarind drink was refreshing as well. Great local spot.

Omar is killin it on the griddle! He's very polite, fast, and professional. The breakfast tacos I got: chorizo, potato, ham, and bacon were excellent. The price is exceptionally low in my opinion. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area for breakfast to try the remaining tacos I haven't tried yet. My only question was with parking, that wasn't very clear
