Just went to Tanglewood Nutrition and it was amazing! The piña colada shake and the birthday cake shake are SO good—seriously, both were incredible. The owner is also very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back

My favorite spot in South Austin! The BEST loaded teas and shakes hands down. Everything tastes bomb, the vibes are great, and the staff is always so sweet. I love coming here before work never misses!

Tanglewood Nutrition has become one of my favorite places in Austin. The loaded teas are delicious, refreshing, and actually give you the energy you’re looking for. Every drink tastes fresh and made with care.
The customer service is amazing — everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help you find something you’ll love. The shop is clean, fast, and super convenient when you’re on the go.
