Boba was good but service was very slow and their bathrooms were not open. Parking is also tricky and it isn’t the best area so doesn’t feel too great leaving your car.

I tried the taro and piña colada smoothies — both were really good! The piña colada had a refreshing tropical flavor. However, the winter melon wasn’t for me — it tasted a bit off and lacked the taste I expected. Would definitely go back for the taro or piña colada, but I’d skip the winter melon next time.

Got the strawberry lemonade with two servings of tapioca. Absolutely delicious! Perfect boba texture. Service was exceptional as well.

EDIT: omg I had their tofu lo mein today and WOWWW it’s hands down one of the most flavorful noodles I’ve had in my life. The tofu was marinated and charred to perfection, it was SO flavorful I was so surprised when I bit into it. Their fried mushrooms also stay crisp even after a couple hours, I got spicy level 2 and it was so umami. I also tried their Thai green milk tea today with oat milk and it’s now my current favorite milk tea. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, hiiighly recommend this spot!
We always hit up Tapioca house for our catering needs and our friends LOVE their boba! We’ve ordered from them for our wedding and birthday parties and every time people are super surprised by the quality of boba. In particular our guests love their wintermelon oolong tea, pineapple green tea (the owner sources it straight from Taiwan!!), and their oolong milk tea. People have commented on loving the chewy QQ texture of their boba pearls.

Came here after church to grab some boba with a sister in Christ. Their food is so good and their boba very tasty! Not only that, they have board games that you can play inside with your friends while you enjoy their food and drinks. I highly recommend this place! Parking was easy to come by since it was at night, but I could see parking be a problem during the day as it is very cramped being downtown and all. Other than that, I will be back again!

Too expensive for bad, inconsistent boba. I have gone to Tapioca House about 5 times in the past two months. Everytime I go, it's either mediocrely good boba or a disappointment. There's been twice that I have gotten an order (the strawberry classic tea and the honeydew milk tea), quite enjoyed it, so I got it again, and it tasted completely differently and kinda gross. Today I got a drink with 75% sweetness bc I got 100 last time and it was slightly too sweet for me, but it wasn't sweet at all. I had to come home and pump it full of sugar to even get it to be enjoyable. Also the prices just went up 50¢ for drinks and 25¢ for toppings, yet no change in quality.
