This restaurant was out of the way a hole in the wall, so we decided to go in and I was not disappointed by the quesobirras and my Al Pastor tacos with the traditional sauces and traditional toppings. They have a good soda selection with jaritos classic colas and a Mexican Coca-Cola and Mexican Pepsi. Also, it was very affordable and was delicious . But the language barrier was pretty big and we didn’t really get to understand what she was saying about any of it.

Absolutely loved the quesabirria tacos here! The consume was thick and intensely flavoured unlike most birria consumes I’ve had. The consume also had chunks of beef. I was there at the closing hour, yet the tacos were LOADED with beef! I was so full from only two tacos, i had the pack the third one for takeaway.
You know the taco is gonna be good when they only speak Spanish haha! 😉

Pretty terrible place. Starting with the ordering experience: They hung a tiny speaker right in front of the counter, at face height, so it's literally blasting music in your face. We couldn't hear the lady taking our order, and she couldn't hear us, until I asked her if she could please lower the volume. She seemed annoyed, and immediately turned the volume back up when we were done ordering. The speaker was connected to her phone and we could hear her notifications every time she got a message (which was every 10 or so seconds). Super obnoxious.
They didn't have half of the items in the menu, which was already hard to see because they installed a TV in front of it. She was annoyed every time I asked for something on the menu that they didn't have (like breakfast tacos, at 10am on a Sunday?). In general, terrible service and attitude.
We ordered a mollete and a couple of gorditas. The gorditas were good. I couldn't believe the mollete though. Instead of spreading beans on a cut bolillo and melting cheese on top of it, they slapped some pre-mixed beans and cheese on top of a whole bolillo without even cutting it. See the picture. This place is a joke.

I'm from out of town, and this place popped up in my search engine. Let me tell you, they make top tier Mexican food. I got the 3 taco Birria combo its super delicious!! My buddy got the asada and he ate that shit like it was no tomorrow. Really recommend this spot 👌 If I ever return to Austin this is the joint I will stop.

I found a small rock in my taco luckily I didn’t chew hard I could have broke a tooth, once I felt it in my mouth I took it out I’m very upset because I don’t know how could that happen I hope I did not eat food that was dropped and picked up from the ground. Food is delicious but I won’t eat from there again since this experience got me thinking now
