I've lived in South Austin for 8 years. This is easily the best taco/food truck I've eaten at in that time. Breakfast tacos are amazing, flautas are perfect. Great speedy service and I'm happy with my order 100% of the time. I've been going to cochos like 1-4 times a week for months and it's been spectacular. Every. Single. Time.

We had tripa, Bistek, fajita, birria and Nachos EVERYTHING was really good. We are visiting from Houston and this really was good. At night there were a few homeless but they didn't bother us. The tortillas de maiz are hand made and the nacho chips were too. Definitely coming by when we are around again.

I love eating from here when I come down to work at the office close by. The food is delicious and reasonable priced. I usually always get the enchiladas with everything on it. I had both the cheese only and with chicken tinga. Both are absolutely delicious. With everything on it, it comes with cabbage, cheese, cream, tomatoes, a jalapeño as the topping with salsa on the side. It doesn’t come with rice and beans, but comes with 5 enchiladas for $12. For me that’s quite worth...
