This was a great spot not only because of the food but because the location also had a variety of taco trucks! I love this one in particular because of the various meat choices. My favorites are always lengua, tripe and cabeza so I was really happy to find that they offer that!

I eat a lot of different taco trucks from south south Congress to Riverside/oltorf to north Lamar/rundberg area. Pastor Taco is in my top 5 forsure and their Sopes are #1. Loved the mini sopes with pastor and steak?????the green sauce is fire
