The food is delicious and cooked at the moment so its always fresh, keep in mind this means waiting longer but it’s worth it! Portions are very good size photos shown are the extra large plates not the regular plates so you get an idea of the portions.
The owners & kids are the nicest and you can tell they put so much effort! They are all very polite

Placed a phone order for Caldo de Rez (Mexican beef soup). I had not been there in years, but I knew they served delicious food. ? I was impressed with their timeliness, their service and the packaging of my food. There was no chance if my caldo spilling. And the caldo was delicious! Mom, forgive me for saying this, but it was as good as yours if not better. Great food at Taqueria El Rodeo de Jalisco!!

This spot has the best bean and country sausage tacos and the tortillas are soft and delicious , my family and I are always happy with our breakfast tacos the papa ranchera is also my other favorite it's made like papa ranchera should be made Thanks Rodeo

My husband ordered a Modelo beer and the watirees brought him a Corona. He told her it was ok and drank it. Next, my husband was served the wrong entree. He ordered a platter that was supposed to come with cheese enchildas, but the meal he was served had beef and onions. The server didn't understand that he was served the wrong entree. Desserts were advertised on the box of napkins on the table. Our kids tried to order dessert but there were no desserts available. There was only one waitress and it took a long time to get our check. Also, a heads up, this restaurant only has a few beers on the menu, no margaritas or wine. Only eat here if (1) you speak Spanish since the staff does not speak English, (2) aren't in a rush and (3) will eat whatever you are served (not what you ordered).
