Bad experience, taste is “okay” in terms of authenticity. Their very hot spice option is not even spicy. But what I absolutely hated was how slow their service is. They took a whopping 25min just to get me an extra naan while my remaining food was getting cold. Please tell me why would it take that long even if there’s a backlog in the kitchen? There’s better Indian restaurants out there that have better kitchen flows.

Have been to Tarka for years. Went there on 7/17, we went at 8:50, asked the lady at order section if we could dine in, she said yes.
Ordered mango lemonade, she asked us to take it from a vessel kept on the table, we could see they were cleaning up the fountain and offering us drink from a random vessel. Food arrived around 9:05. Within 10 minutes, she kept bothering us saying they’re closing and stood still in front of our table. When we said it takes minimum 15 minutes to finish our food, she kept arguing with us. Zero professionalism, zero etiquette. We left the place even before we could finish half of our meal. There were one more couple at another table who had to face the same. Horrible.

I had the tikka masala with lamb at Tarka Indian Kitchen and it was delicious. The lamb was super tender. I really appreciate how many gluten-free options they have. Everything I’ve tried so far has been so good! The staff was friendly, and the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. Definitely one of my favorite spots for Indian food.
The Vegetable Pakoras were perfectly seasoned and very good. Chicken Kabob Platter was also delicious with Grilled Vegetables, and Basmati Rice. Excellent Customer Service, everything was hot, generous servings, sauces and perfectly seasoned, all very good. Really enjoyed the Indian music and decor.

I never post reviews because I’m lazy but I just love this place so much that I HAD to! The food here is delicious, creamy, full of flavor and all that with such decent prices! The quality is always so consistent and I just crave their tika masala every 2 weeks like my life depends on it! The place and the staff just have a really good energy about them, feeling like you’re having home made food and I’m not even Indian! Overall love love love this place! My coworker recommended it to me and I keep recommending it to everyone I know.

This place has always managed to be both consistent and provide quick service, two things I've really come to appreciate the last few years. They also have my favorite korma around, plus their samosas are a nice match with it. And -- a seriously tasty mango lassi. Service is friendly and helpful, even with those that are unfamiliar with the menu (I've witnessed them being very kind with new visitors more than once while visiting).
