Came here for my birthday and had the Fritto Misto for an appetizer and the Braised beef with polenta as my entree and my sister had the Lemon shrimp pasta. Both were amazing! Highly recommend! Finished dinner with the pistachio brûlée! And again would highly recommend if you don’t have a nut allergy! Chris was amazing! My sister didn’t even tell him it was my birthday and he brought a birthday sparkler! Appreciated all the great service!!

Chris was great! Patient and funny. He brought out a candle for my sister’s bday, it was sweet and low key. He could tell we didn’t want a lot of attention. Pistachio crème brûlée was delicious as well as the shrimp scampi, braised beef, wine, margarita, and fritto misto.

We dined at Traverna Friday, 7/20 with a reservation for 5. They were clearly shorthanded and our server was also a bartender (one of two). He was very sweet and clearly filling in - didn’t know the menu and the service was obviously slow. Poor guy (and others) were set up for failure.
Two of the orders were not correct, one of them (pizza), was luke warm, both pizzas were under cooked, and the Cesar salad was lettuce with a very light, barely detectable dressing. The bread was also super dry. What’s happening to the Traverna we love? Management, please get it together and set your team up for success. Thank you.

Very good service! Menu has great choices, like the zucchini chips, chefs focaccia, pizzas are great, pastas and salads. It just needs to be more consistent in the quality of the plaiting and preparing the food, like quantity in each plate and presentation.
