Been a long time since I’ve had TCBY. The white chocolate is still my favorite and highly recommend.My real issue is the pricing for a cup. The small vs large cup. You actually don’t get much more with a large cup. Was expecting at least double a small but the large barely filled the cup and the top barely peaked over. With the increased prices ($6.50 for large) I think there are better options. I would recommend just getting a small.Parking: Only a couple spots. Don’t block the drive through.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Overpriced and overrated. Paid for toppings and received approximately TWO (2) single strawberries. Would not come here again, and you shouldn’t either. Such a SCAM!!

In its own 1984 retro throwback way, this TCBY is one of the coolest out there. This has to be the original one in Austin. The service was quick, efficient and friendly and the flavors were great as always. Lots of folks coming in on a Game Day and still fast lines and good service. Hit this one up on the way to the Bullock or Blanton Museums or for a great treat after a Longhorn win!

Female employee was staring at me the whole time I was looking at the flavors and menu. That's really rude and weird...don't stare at people. Left the store afterwards. Wish I could give it a 0
Big fan of TCBY, not a fan of the customer service at this particular location. We came in on a Saturday, September 30th to get ice cream and was greeted by a lovely gentleman working, but I couldn’t say the same about his co-worker. She reluctantly approached me and just stared and I had to say, “hello” to get her to help me. She had an attitude the entire time and I was happy to pay for my order and move on. My son wanted a cup of water and he asked for a water cup, she said that will be 10 cents, but would not take our credit card because you needed to spend at least $2.00 and I just spent at least $15. Poor customer service and nasty attitude. I will not be back at this location and will share with friends and family.
