This place came under new ownership by chef – owner, Antonio, a couple months ago. On my recent visit, I encountered two brand new sauces served with chips. Right off the bat, these appeared incredibly fresh just by looking at them. This place is worth visiting for the salsas alone, but they also have tasty food and delicious hand-shaken margaritas.

I was sold the first time we went two weeks ago when I tried their Enchiladas Poblano. We went a second time recently just to fall in love with the dessert, strawberry filled churro with ice cream. We're definitely coming back again to explore more dishes.

The restaurant is under new oqnership. The food, drinks and service are all great! Their extended happy hour is awesome! It’s my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Lakeway/Beecave/Steiner Ranch areas. Their decor could use a bit more of Mexican theme but it’s clean, inviting and just down right great place to go. Taco Tuesday, $2, $10 Mexican martinis during happy hour. Tony, the new owner, certainly has brought this place up many notches. Truly wonderful staff and are always welcoming.

Decided to try a local place to see what it was all about. I ordered the chicken street tacos which had grilled onions and cilantro on top but it was extremely bland. The refried beans and rice were okay, but again, certainly not something that had much wow factor to it. The chips and salsa on the other hand were great. Warm chips with a nice bit of salt, and the salsa had a great spice to it which maintained its hotness. That was probably my favorite item to eat. The waiter was very friendly and niceEstablishment was fairly clean, but could certainly use some cleaning on the walls (dried food) and the AC return grills were very dirty. Seeing things like this definitely brings concern as to how clean the kitchen is.

This place use to be my favorite place to eat, however today will be the last time I go! It started from the dollar tree plates that the food was served on, the atmosphere is basic, the few pictures on the wall don't tell the story of a Mexican restaurant. (Why paint over the Mural?) The Frozen Margarita was not frozen. The salsa looked like tomato paste, last time it was too spicy: you can totally tell someone new makes it every time. Its not consistent. New owner not nice. No waitresses, and out of food that we ordered. Prices went up!!

This is a no muss no fuss restaurant experience...Reasonably priced especially the $7.00 for a house Margarita...They will do Nachos to order.. Jalapeno Poppers rival Chueys. ..I would recommend especially if you need to decompress, this is the place...Both times I have been there...Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a walker or cane whenever I am out I had no problems the tables are spaced well...

We have been here a bunch with decent results....buuuut. New menu and sounds like new owner.Food is terrible now. Portions small, enchiladas were cold, rice was just plain rice with no other flavor. 2 kids meal items and two adult plates. 70+ bucks. Had to feed one of the kids when we got home because the kids burger we got was comically bad. Fries were good cisco distribution equivalent.The service was outstanding. I wish the server had better food to support him.Hudson bend deserves better.
