Teapioca Lounge

Tea is regular, staff is super unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. We were asking questions about the menu and were met with sighs and rude looks. We ended up just ordering two flavored green teas because we felt rushed trying to figure the wide menu. After ordering and sitting to the side, there were 3 other orders behind ours yet we were the last to leave the place inside. Took forever.

Fun little date spot. Love the vibe of this place as they decorated for Christmas. Anything in the menu is great so you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend walking around the outside. There’s a trial that leads to a pond.

Teapioca Lounge is one of our favorite stops for drinks! The Mango Smoothie is incredibly fresh and flavorful — you can really taste the real fruit. The Snowyn Coconut drink is also amazing, so smooth, creamy, and refreshing. Both are perfect for a hot day (or honestly any day!). The staff is friendly and quick, and the place has a fun, relaxed vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re craving something delicious and high quality. We’ll be back again for sure!

It's tucked away, which is great for a business meeting or social get together. The drinks themselves are great. I did some networking and both people enjoyed their smoothies. Five stars is perfect, so they got four which is still good, I would go back. The reason for four and not five isI was sitting outside talking with people, enjoying the afternoon weather. But there's no way to know when the drink is ready. I asked the person if they would bring it out to the tables in front of the store. I even offered to tip them to walk the 15 seconds and drip it off, but it appeared to be burdensome. It's not enough to not make me want to go back, but that kind of thing seperates the four and five star places.

Seems as though the rudeness of the cashier (Hispanic male) is a theme here, unfortunately. Was just rudely told, “We don’t allow dogs here!” while I was in line to order. Didn’t care to ask once/verify that my dog is a registered service animal. No thanks, Teapioca! Lost a customer for life!

Got almond cream tea with taro milk foam. Delicious!

Great Boba place! The employees were super friendly and helpful in figuring out a flavor i would like. Went with Taro. Super good. Will be back to this location

It’s a cute spot but the smoothie was not a smoothie. It was more like juice. I wouldn’t go again, not worth the money.

Charge $6.05 for literally a shot of coffee over ice. Asked for light ice and was told "we can't do that without charging you more". So $6.05 for 90% cup of Ice with 10% coffee. That will be the last time I purchase anything from them. Go to Star Bucks in Barnes and Nobles if you want coffee in this area.
