The referenceThis is my boba tea reference. It's the first place I had boba and it still stacks up pretty well compared to other locations. It's not the fanciest but they make a good quality boba. I'm a fan of the honey dew slushie. It has a good flavor and consistency. They have a pretty good variety of flavors and add-ons.This particular location has a nice little seating area upstairs so you can relax and hang out if you like.

I always come here for a mango smoothie and the customer service is always excellent. But today the lady working at front was talking very low I couldn't understand what she was saying and plus she look high her eyes where red and smelled like weed it frustrated me that i had to ask her tospeak louder she was also slow and she refused to add to my smoothie chamoy and chili powder who knows why I never had tapioca lounge tell me I can add chamoy to my smoothie till I came to this one in particular so disappointing.

This is the worst Teapioca Lounge I have been to in the Austin area. After ringing up a roughly $30 drink order (expensive for 4 people), I asked for two cups of water. They told me I could only get one cup per order. Therefore I put one drink on a separate order to avoid that ridiculous stingy rule. There are no board games at this location, which is the main reason we went there. There are also no restrooms. There is only one tiny paper-sized menu on the register counter. I don't understand why there isn't a full menu with prices on the wall, or individual menus for people to hold. A lady came in with a dog, and the cashier rudely yelled at her in Spanish to leave. I don't like animals in restaurants, but what if it was a service dog? Overall, the service and atmosphere soured my drink experience. I should have just left, but I was ordering for multiple people.

The man that took our order was rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by asking questions. Not only that but we’re vegan and asked for the non dairy oat milk after talking to him about what was put in the smoothies and they added half and half to our drinks!

Been going here for years and always brought my dog (been to many locations) and today they kicked me out without even checking if she’s a service dog, barely got through the door before the guy yelled at me in Spanish (luckily I speak Spanish) bummed cause I loved this spot :(but I can get better boba and service elsewhere

The personnel can barely speak and understand English. Despite specifically asking for little ice they filled the container with ice up to 3/4. I paid for the beverage but got mostly ice. Not happy.

First time visiting the place to meet up with an old friend. I got a creamed Black Tea with 25% sweetness, which had a good flavor. The service provided was excellent as I felt no pressure placing the order and got all my questions answered. Very good experience.

Tea is great. I ordered oolong tea and it is robust, flavorful and full of aroma. However, very disappointed in boba. I ordered my boba tea around 8:20 pm and boba is hard and firm. Lost the elasticity.

Went to support Teapioca Arboretum for their Grand Reopening after what we've been through a few weeks ago at the Arboretum. They offer a great variety of fresh tea with added flavors, milk tea (cream blastea), smoothie, matcha series, fresh fruit juice, and flurries (snowyn). We've tried almost everything on the menu. My favorites: oolong milk tea, durian smoothie, lychee smoothie, red bean smoothie, and mangonada. If you're new to boba tea, start with the basic like cream black blastea or oolong milk tea. Oolong tea has nutty taste to it. Lychee smoothie and mangonada are super refreshing. You have an option to add fresh mango on top of mangonada at additional cost. Red bean smoothie is sweet and nutty. Last but not least, durian smoothie. I grew up in Asian and loveeee durian fruit, so I love it. If you haven't tried it or you may have heard, it has a very strong smell and taste to it (some people compare it to a rotten smell...lol). We also got to meet and chat with the owner from HQ - Johnson. Johnson is very nice and cares for each customer walking through the doors. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Love the tea here! Is this location going to open back up ever again?
