Absolute worst location to come to. I have been coming to Tea lounge ever sense they opened there first store on Parmer. Many of the managers know me by name. This location has not only gotten my order wrong many times. I ordered my usual drink and it was made wrong. They gave me me something completely different and accusing me of ordering my drink the wrong way when I’ve been coming to tea lounge for about 10 years!Escalated to the manager who was called by phone and would not give me the drink that I ordered, persistent that it was my fault like I would order something completely differentABSOLUTE WORST STORE AND MANAGER!!!THE STAFF HERE COULD DEFINITELY USE MORE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING THE MANAGER THAT WAS CALLEDFebruary 28th @ 11:20amLook forward to hearing from your corparate office! I would never ever go there again!!!!! Poor service!!!! I threw away my money!!! We ordered no added sugar coconut bubble tea but it’s full of sugar. We asked them to make it again and they lied to us it’s no added sugar but when I sipped it, it’s full of sugar again!!! And the guy has a very rude attitude! I was so annoyed and I left it on the shelf. I don’t recommend here at all. You will throw away your money

their chai w boba is literally life-changing, and all the staff are so nice!
The drinks are ok, but they're pretty shameless in not making it clear what the prices are. I ordered a drink straight from the menu, and was charged for an extra flavor add in.They have a big electronic display with their drinks, there's no excuse at all for not including pricing!

It's a great place to have authentic Taiwanese boba tea and a wide variety of beverage selections. Their snow ice is also a great treat in the summer, which they offer fresh fruit as toppings.Great immigrant-owned local business. They also have several locations. Highly recommend!

The branding and logo is cute but the tea is average. They have related store merch for sale and there’s also games to play. The app/reward system seems decent, but not enough for me to go more often.

My cousins took me here for some boba and we really liked the place. The decor was really cute inside and service was fast. I got my usual Thai milk tea with boba and it did not disappoint. They seemed to have a lot more here than just boba and if we hadn't just gotten dinner at Hmart I would of ordered something else from here but we were just stuffed. Overall, good place for boba and to hang out.
