Unfortunately, both my niece and I felt sick after our drinks. I enjoyed the taste of mine, until I kept pulling out these either plastic or cat/dog hair strands--I pulled three out of my mouth and didn't finish my drink. My niece felt sick after drinking about half of her boba drink, and she never gets sick. I know boba can make you feel gi distress, but this was definitely something else. I wouldn't go here again, especially after those plastic hair things in my drink.

Great Experience even greater Customer service, they serve boba milk tea made with actual tea leaves and you can choose from a host of different tea flavors & creamers. Highly recommend this milk tea series.

Best boba place in Austin! Boba is consistently good, and they have a variety of flavors and add-ons to the drink like fruit bursters and jelly. They have classic flavors, like brown sugar milk tea and taro milk tea, and some seasonal flavors that are great! Definitely try it out!

This place is good, pretty clean, and staffs were friendly. The tea I had was good. There is enough space inside if you want to relax as well. Overall, I recommend this place.

Service was “alright” first time here… cashier didnt really talk to me about what they serve or sizes lol… not even a big deal to me… I just got a watermelon smoothie… wasn’t even asked what size do I want… anyways smoothie and boba was decent. Still probably come here again

Yummy drinks and great customer service

Such a great location. They had a great selection of drinks that I had a hard time choosing so the person on thr counter helped me pick and the drink was amazing. The way the store was decorated was amazing and cute. They also had a great variety of snacks and merchandise to choose from. Also such as a great location and seating area. Overall great location.

Bad customer service!!! Made my order wrong I went back and asked if they could fix my order and they were really rude about it so I cancelled my order and asked for my refund and they got mad. Never going back to this place!

This is a nice boba place, the cups are so cute and when I didn’t like my hot drink, the man made it sweeter for me which was nice.

This places drinks are good but they just take entirely too long to make drinks. Every time I come it takes them 15-20 minutes to literally make one drink. You would think I’m ordering a burger and fry’s added on it’s so ridiculous. Not even smoothie king or juice land takes that long and I kid you not it’s like that every time. It could be 3 customers and they will still take 20 minutes on one drink.

My most recent visit was superb because of Monse. Other teapioca shops I have gotten Thai tea. So I saw a Thai cream blast and ordered it but it was not what I remember taste wise. When I asked Monse, she mentioned it might have been this other version and she pointed on the menu. Very helpful and made sure my visit was spectacular! Thank You!

TEAPIOCA LOUNGE in South Park Meadow is the best unhidden secret. The staff a re so friendly and helpful. I love treating myself or friends to something cool and refreshing.
