Such a great location. They had a great selection of drinks that I had a hard time choosing so the person on thr counter helped me pick and the drink was amazing. The way the store was decorated was amazing and cute. They also had a great variety of snacks and merchandise to choose from. Also such as a great location and seating area. Overall great location.

Bad customer service!!! Made my order wrong I went back and asked if they could fix my order and they were really rude about it so I cancelled my order and asked for my refund and they got mad. Never going back to this place!

This is a nice boba place, the cups are so cute and when I didn’t like my hot drink, the man made it sweeter for me which was nice.

This places drinks are good but they just take entirely too long to make drinks. Every time I come it takes them 15-20 minutes to literally make one drink. You would think I’m ordering a burger and fry’s added on it’s so ridiculous. Not even smoothie king or juice land takes that long and I kid you not it’s like that every time. It could be 3 customers and they will still take 20 minutes on one drink.

My most recent visit was superb because of Monse. Other teapioca shops I have gotten Thai tea. So I saw a Thai cream blast and ordered it but it was not what I remember taste wise. When I asked Monse, she mentioned it might have been this other version and she pointed on the menu. Very helpful and made sure my visit was spectacular! Thank You!

TEAPIOCA LOUNGE in South Park Meadow is the best unhidden secret. The staff a re so friendly and helpful. I love treating myself or friends to something cool and refreshing.

Had so nice verity of hot and cold drinks

Nice little place has a small patio outback. Had ice cream coffee and it was yummy. The coffee was 10 out of 10 but the boba balls had a unique texture gave those 4 out of 10. I think it’s something everyone should try at least once.

Not open and no visible staff when they're supposed to be open??

The staff knows nothing about what is and isn’t vegan. When I started coming here, I clearly asked them if a menu item had any animal products in it. They assured me it didn’t - that it’s fully vegan.

An entire YEAR later (meanwhile, I’d been coming for the same order many times throughout the year)… they get vegan symbols on the menu. I ask why my regular order doesn’t have a vegan symbol next to it. The same people that told me it was vegan a year prior, now tell me that it has animal products.

They should learn more about their menu before reassuring people with dietary restrictions that they can consume it.
