Absolutely amazing! I've been wanting to try this place for some time now and it DID NOT disappoint! The food is flavorful, amazing, filling, and does NOT lack Meat like most places. The staff was amazing and made sure our order was right, asked for all extra fixings if we wanted it. We didn't expect the kids meal to come with fruit and a caprisun. Everything was absolutely delicious! Cannot wait to try more from here

The food is amazing, great taste and the portions and huge, great value for the prices.On the other hand, The staff isn’t as friendly as I expected. I went with a friend who doesn’t speaks English and even tho they (the staff) were speaking Spanish to each other they refused to talk to my friend in Spanish. She was struggling asking them for some extra plasticware.

FLAVORTOWN! Holy mother of pearl, y'all. Hubby picked up takeout and brought home my cooking aspirations in a clamshell container. The broth I don't even have words. The meat put the flav in flavor. The broth (or whatever the proper term for the dipping juice) is now all I ever want from henceforth forevermore whenever I have a cold. We had the birria tacos, quesabirria, and the flautas. Fam fav were tbe flautas, but honestly I'd be happy with anything they put out. The green sauce was perfectly spicy. 10/10!

Loved the food, service and value at this trailer for their Birria tacos and quesadillas. With the consume, it is a can't miss. I went here last week only to find they have moved back to Buda. I won't miss them, as it only means I'll drive the 6.5 miles to Buda for my Birria fix. See you soon, Texas Birria!

A nice little oasis of great food trucks. Just moved to Austin a month ago and live next door, saw reviews and waited until better weather to try. I'm mad I waited!The quesibirria was so good! Great crunch on the outside and the beef was so juicy and tender on the inside. We got ours with cheese and the string pull was great for a taco!I got the ramen as a main and it was the perfect amount of spicy. The meat was tender and I ended up using the broth as the consumé for my tacos (that's its main broth base anyways).My friend got the Texas Melt and I had a bit. Also phenomenal! Great crunch and the cheese amount was perfect.10/10

My daughter has been trying to get me to taste this birria pizza. ...lord how mercy I wasn't disappointed, only problem for me I live in Manor TX and this spot is a good 35 min without traffic maybe that's a good thing for my waist line...if I had 1 wish and wishes came true...?please make Manor TX your next location...yum yum! Now for the price, I totally think it's worth it. I hope they don't raise the price, though the atmosphere could be lit up just a bit but nice and clean truck area. Last thing...I hate i got full-on one slice, but I was ready for another one 5 hours later...yummy, keep up the flavor. Tejas should be on Guys triple D's.

Everything seemed perfect until I got home and found out the order didn’t come with the ConsomeThat was a legitimate FAIL on their partSeems like I have ensure that McDonalds actually gave me the fries with the number one comboI mean like, for Real people, why why why did they not include the Consome!!!???I live so freakin far away from there, there’s no way I’m going back to complainWorst of all, the weather called for the Consome more than the actual tacosUnbelievable!!!!
