Poutine, the Canadian homage to the taco? I ordered mine with bacon, because....why not! Fries, bacon, cheese curds and brown gravy. Can't beat that. I will say that I'm waiting until it get's cold out before going back, it seemed almost wrong to be eating this when it was 95 degrees at 8pm. That being said it is Texas Poutine.

SO good! I ordered the classic poutine and it was super good. Gravy has great flavor and every bite was filled with melty cheese. The staff was so friendly and it was very fast. Loved it!
