They try to gaslight me that the parking card wasn't working because my room key was not working, bathroom trash can went missing out of nowhere without any obvious room service being done, the elevators are super slow, the third elevator skips floor 2 completely, there's no way to get to the garage from the main floor... There is but it's impossible to find and there's no map or signage that leads to it so you're forced to leave the place anyways unless you happen to be right next to the door that leads out to it
Otherwise, youll have to go around outside through the garage and up another elevator again. The decorum doesn't make sense in the actual bedrooms, the lobby is well decorated, and the restaurant food was actually a good portion for the price that I paid. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but housekeeping miss a long hair in the shower, and while I was there for an event a public bathroom ran out of toilet paper in multiple stalls
It's okay if you're only going to stay for a day or two but don't plan to stay more than 3 days or the daily tediousness will get to you. Definitely make sure all the elevators are fixed before planning a large group meet here.

Colton and Kyler did an amazing job providing great service.. We attended a conference at the hotel and they were fast, efficient and extremely friendly during our entire visit. The food was great and very affordable. I recommend the burger and fries. For a late night snack the huge pretzel hits the spot. Thanks guys for being absolutely amazing.

I mean, you see a breakfast buffet at a hotel, you grab a plate and eat right? There should be a sign saying it’s not free if it’s not free. I got charged $20 for a muffin and a couple fruit slices.The staff was great! Loved the staff!

It looks nice from the lobby, but wait until you go to your room. It is disgusting., and loud. This is an airlines hotel. Very disappointed Then the waiter Kyler over charged usb $27/ drink. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other hundred hotels in the area.

Really gross food. I had the shirt rib quesadilla which was WAY oversalted (I'm guessing the meat?) I had to chug all my water after eating one.My dad ate the fish and chips. The fries were hard as wood sticks meaning they were probably over fried. The fish was not beer battered and had the same look and feel as raising Cane's. It was bland. Could've used my quesadilla salt.Oh and we complained and we were still charged for all this. Cool.

We got carryout the night we came in. The chicken quesadilla and short ribs quesadilla were both yummy. We had breakfast there in the morning and my boyfriend is still raving about the breakfast taco he had there. My avocado toast was perfect. The service was wonderful. We were very pleased.
