TGI Fridays

Terrible service. Staff had no communication. Waited for a table of 7 were told we’d wait 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and were then told they couldn’t serve us because they were understaffed and had to close down the kitchen early. We then asked to speak to the manager which we were told they were too busy in the back. Had us wait an additional 10 minutes for the manager to tell us he had a table for us to which we denied and left.

Really good great service

Food wasn't bad bit the service is what killed it. Think they only had 2 servers and a bartender for the whole restaurant. Took almost 3 hours from the time we got there till we left and it wasn't that busy. The staff they had were nice but it couldn't make up for the time.

Loved the Circus theme! I had a mozzarella cheese stick sandwich. So delicious! Blake was our server. He was so fast, attentive and checked on us plenty! He looked like he was having a lot of fun and I really appreciated his good energy! Thank you!

Used to work at this location and would recommend it to anyone. Great atmosphere, good drinks, great drinks and friendly service

I love this place. I come here often. But these last few visits have been questionable. My waitress who i get every time has been very inattentive and gets my order wrong every time. This last visit she even forgot to place my order for 30 minutes. And when i finally got it it was wrong and cold.

Always have the best food and amazing servers. I'm never disappointed. I've been going to TGIFRIDAYS for the past 22 years.

Only thing is i like the old menu better with the fried green beans

This place is not prepared for crowds that have been returning. They should be taking safety more seriously and doing what they can to protect the staff they have and their guests. Only reason I rated as highly as I have is because they have some Great food that I enjoy.

Savanna is the BEST. Sit at the bar and enjoy. Foods ok. But it's a good time

This is the best dessert ever! Cake bottom with a layer of cheesecake topped off with caramel and cinnamon and candied pecans!!!!!! Got it for free by joining the Fridays rewards and during my birthday month I get a free dessert!

I hope savannah can be your bartender, but if not; don't worry. You're sure to have a nice time at this location.

The waitress was horribly slow, and no they weren’t busy. Our potato skins looked/tasted like they were leftover from a day or 2 and reheated. So dry I couldn’t even choke one down with the dressing. Tasted like they had been fried in really really old grease, as well as my onion rings tasted the same. Our waitress only checked on us once. We did not complain to her at all but it sure didn’t take her long to get us our ticket. After we had set there waiting almost an hour on appetizer, and 2 sandwiches.
