I don't get out often and I'm not much on being around large groups of people. But for being my first time here I was definitely impressed and I will definitely be coming back . Great service staff is very helpful and attentive food is good and reasonably priced. And the atmosphere is phenomenal and that's coming from an introvert lol. If you're in Austin TX you should stop by.

The manager, a medium sized dog named Pepper, made sure to sit in the seat next to me and check on me all night. She also kept convincing me to do $2 Jello shots so she is fantastic at her job. This bar is truly fine diving.

The 04 club was exactly what I needed last night. Friendly service paired with a not overly crowded local crowd gave me a chance to get a drink without the overwhelming crowds I've been dealing with all week. If you're seeking a divey joint with a local atmosphere the 04 maybe you place.
