I was apprehensive about coming to this place after reading a few negative reviews; well, shame on me. The 04 is actually a cool bar off South Congress! It has charming character, the patrons seemed cool, and Corey the bartender was damned nice and pleasant. Definitely coming back when I'm down south and nearby. Awesome establishment!!!!
