So since Texas can't seem to get it together when it comes to Winter, we know its coming now, be prepared. We stayed in a hotel as power and water were iffy at our apartment. We had stayed here one of the previous freezes and it was solid for that time, even under pressure. It has a bistro with breakfast and Starbucks then dinner and drinks at various times. There is also a little store for snacks, drinks, and things you may have forgot like aspirin or bathroom stuff. The room is fine, older and could use some major touchups but not awful. TV was again fine, the internet TV part that has options for Netflix and Youtube only works part of the time which is annoying. The staff was the best part easily, we checked in around 5 pm, the lady at the front desk was friendly and fast. Now originally this was only getting 3 stars due to the TV issue, the elevators broke at one point, not the whole stay but still rather annoying, and that noise carries here. None of it ruined the stay but adding it up caused some issues. But the gentleman running the Bistro both Sunday and Monday night for their dinner time at 5 or 5:30 pm was amazing. Friendly, confirmed everything, talked about Star Trek and Horror movies. Made great drinks and even remembered all the returning customers who came up while we were there. Guy was amazing and I suck as I don't remember his name. I have no excuse, but I will be emailing or calling the hotel to try and give praise. He was exceptional. They had one mistake and that was by the person preparing the food. Over all a ok stay, I got to catch up on my reading of IT and put over the top by the Bistro worker.

I've stayed here 8 times in the last 4 months. Cleanliness of the rooms is great, the smell is also appealing. Shower pressure in the rooms is generally good ( there is a room that is considerably low). The reason I keep coming back is Juan at the bar. He is phenomenal. It's like coming to see a cousin of yours. Completely relatable. Every hotel has a bed and bathroom, but very few have the service level worth coming back to.

This front desk staff has been absolutely amazing. I had booked through a third party and needed help changing the dates (my mistake I accidentally clicked the wrong dates and then opened the wrong window on my computer again). Booking.com has made this literally the most stressful process and every person that I have talked to at this property has gone above and beyond to help. I finally had my issue resolved today by Isaiah but I also spoke to a very nice lady on 9/16. THANK YOU ALL. I cant express enough the level of above and beyond these individuals have went all because *I* didn't verify my dates when booking.

I went to every floor to get ice none of the machines were working on a day that was 110 degrees. I went to the bar and they said they couldn’t spare any even tho the bar was to close in 15 min. I have been a loyal and understanding traveler through the pandemic but 3 years later I am beginning to feel taken advantage of.

Best hotel I've stayed at in the Austin area! When I visit Austin, I normally stay in downtown, at the Hiltons or Marriotts due to membership. But this location beats all of them! The rooms are big and comfortable and luxurious! I had a good time relaxing after a day at the lake and Austin FC game. Everything was conveniently located near the hotel. No noise, friendly staff, clean room, no defects, nice couch to lounge on and a 360 Swivel TV and desk space. What more could you possibly ask for. I never swim at hotel pools, but I did see they had an indoor facility and it looked well kept. Definitely stay at this hotel if you don't mind the 15 minute drive to downtown when you're visiting. Save the traffic and the never ending noise that comes with the downtown stay experience. I will be back here in the future.

Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. Wife wand I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, nice little couch with pullout bed for kids. Room had nice TV, desk microwave and small mini fridge. All outlets have usb ports. Beds comfy, shower hot and refreshing, definitely a comfortable stay. This place has nice big lounge area and bar/bistro area. If looking for Mexican food definitely try the Texican Cafe, it's only 3 minutes away. Has New Mexico style red chili sauce and excellent chips and salsa. Also try the chicken tortilla soup-- outstanding.

Nice beautiful hotel. I ordered dinner and a Bloody Mary for dinner. The chicken wings were over battered and the drink was alright. The rooms are nice. They look modern and are clean. The mattress was nice and firm. My only complaint is that they started knocking on our door at 11:45 but checkout isn't until noon. It was aggravating. They kept knocking too!

Very nice hotel room with friendly staff and a fresh smell of the lobby and room! I had a view of the bridges, but it wasn't that bad view!

I have stayed over 80 nights per year in over 12 states at 20 cites. I never had an issue with any elite status perks required, given, or expected. My family was here for New Year's Eve, at courtyard. As a Titanium Member few when I arrive there was no welcome bag no status welcome, thank you for being a titanium member nothing, no breakfast coupons. do you wanna grab anything from the snack bar nothing no options of upgrading to a suite nothing so when I did say something about breakfast, complementary breakfast coupons were given after asking which is $10 credit per day for the length of your stay so I planned this whole trip day by day, which included breakfast to be had here at the hotel to alleviate time to get breakfast somewhere else my mom and my sister went and ordered breakfast downstairs, and the lady told them that they could not use that coupon again when clearly on the breakfast coupon it states $10 credit per stay from Thursday until the end of your visit January 2 is on the voucher. This lady told my mom and my sister no it is one time use and my mom and my sister even said ma'am can you just read the card it says it on there she said no I'm not giving it back and you're gonna have to pay for breakfast it does not work like that it one time use only. I was in disbelief.i ask did she even look at the card and read it. They stated no, she did not so I called back that day to speak to the general manager only the assistant general manager was available.I explain her my situation as well as my titanium member status.still know acknowledge me being titanium a status thank you for your patronage nothing thanks for being Marriott elite member nothing first thing she said after I explain to her the situation we don't have a card that gives you credit every day. At any Marriott hotel, I get the same breakfast card for duration of stay once more I said ma'am I know what the card said on the card it says breakfast until that day and she said well we're gonna have to investigate that because we don't give out breakfast for all day of your stay. That is incorrect; this assistant general manager was incompetent of policies, extremely arrogant and disregarded any Marriott member status or knowledge of any Marriott hotels titanium status . What should have been said is Mr. Harris I'm so sorry for your experience thank you for being a titanium member. You can come downstairs and get your new breakfast coupons for your family for the duration of your stay

Nope! Don't expect your room to be cleaned. Dont expect them to follow up on a check in request. Don't except the management or staff to reach back to you after several promises. Ironically housekeeping comes and wakes you up at 7 am when you need to check out. Yet you have to beg to have housekeeping come even one day on a week stay. Marriot customer service just terrible!

Our company was having a small event and I booked one of their conference rooms. Every person I came in contact with there at the Hotel, was SUPERB! The Asst. GM, the GM, Raul (hope I am spelling it right), the great lady at the Cafe and the one at the front desk. (sorry, didnt get their names). The room was set up exactly how we needed, the beverages came in on time and the screen and projector worked perfectly. They even used their Artistic ability to make a great sign for us on their chalkboard. It really looked great! I will be sure to use them again if we have another event that needs the use of a Conference room.

Off the beaten path. Our uber drivers had so many problems finding our hotel. But! This hotel is nice and quiet. Our room was huge. We were in a suite with two queen beds and a couch/trundle. Check in was super easy. This hotel has a little "snack bar" with wine, toothpaste, etc in case you forgot to bring yours. Room was cozy. Shower has full sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash. A nice continental breakfast is served in the AM. If you need a hotel in this area of Austin - go here!

AVOID. Picked a Marriott property because of the amenities. Rooms come with a mini fridge. I travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated. For cost cutting measures the mini fridges now have a 2 hour time limit. They shut off after 2 hours. No way to by pass this according to the front desk staff. So basically useless unless I U want to set ur alarm and wake up every two hours to keep ur fridge on. There is NO note about this on the booking page under amenities. They do not offer to switch them out and can not "store" medication for u. So basically u have to put it in an ice bucket and pray it doesn't get contaminated. Or travel with a cooler which why bother to pay the price to stay at a Marriott if ur not getting what u pay for or expect according to the amenities page. So after being thoroughly pissed I decided to have a glass of wine and just move on. Except they were all sold out. So just go to bed and sleep it off- except the window extends passed where the curtains due and even if they didn't the gap under the door let's in more than enough light to keep u awake. After a bad nights sleep and waking up to left overs on the counter because the fridge is useless I go for a cup of coffee. 6 coffee set ups and one cup. No cups in the bathroom so hopefully u didn't use ur one cup on anything frivolous.

We stayed at this hotel a few months ago and we were quite impressed. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and room service was great. The room was bigger than expected and it contained lots of towels. Review by Gabriel A Culiat

Hotel seems new, or at least recently updated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Not the easiest place to walk around, but close to many shopping centers and restaurants. They tested fire alarms while we were there, but gave us plenty of advanced notice.
