I had such high hopes for this place and was kind of disappointed. We went here for brunch for a friends birthday. It took so long to get service once we were seated and even longer to get our mimosas once ordered. I ordered the steak dish which for the price I was expecting a bit more than what I got. It was also just okay. The pork dish that my friend had was hands down the favorite at the table. All in all, not a bad place for brunch but definitely a little pricey for what you're getting.

Fantastic beer and great service— everyone should try their beer and food. I highly recommend the beet beer— light and refreshing. Also the wings and ribs and hearthbread, everything was excellent!

Beautiful spot with a great outside area. We stopped on our long off-road ride through from downtown through Roy Guerrero Park since my guy is a craft beer person, and we're trying to support everyone that's open. The sweet potato beer was amazing and the service and kindness by Jake was equally impressive. Keep up the great work, and we look forward to coming back out when the restaurant is open again!

The food is delicious. My niece loved the oysters, and we loved our burger. The hearth bread is definitely worth the try. The pepper jam is yummy! Our food server was so good and friendly. Great atmosphere! I recommend this place in a quonset hut!

This was surprisingly bad. The roasted sweet potato dip is just a cold mashed sweet potato that was served with raw broccoli. Not to mention the chips to go with were stale. No body asked us how things were (sat at the bar) so there wasn't a way to remedy although I'll admit we ate it all because we were starving, then left and ate elsewhere.

The food was amazing!!! The ribs...oh my gosh...still salivating. We had such a cool show near the kitchen and the entire staff were so nice and hospitable. I am a fan for life of the sweet potato dip...yum!! Also..can we just talk about those mussels?? So juicy and delish with the chorizo. My husband and I will definitely come back again! Shout out to Becca who was amazing!!

Great beer with quality food. No fried bar food here. Tasty combinations. I tried the roasted sweet potato dip and tritip steak, both were excellent. Beers...tried two a pilsner and Amber, both were also good. I wouldn't hesitate to come here from the airport again in the future.

I'll start with the praises: cool atmosphere, nice staff, and the food I ate was delicious (bread + pork and brussels sprouts skewers). The beer, one of the brewery's own (grains one) was pretty good and refreshing, a nice one to have with food. The negatives: we got there and were told it would be ~20 min for a table. We snagged seats at the bar, and discovered quickly that this restaurant was out of all their popular beers that weren't brewed in house. Also, we took a bit to decide on drinks/food, and it took the bartender honestly forever to get back to us which was annoying considering we specified that we "just needed a moment." He did let us try some beers which was nice, and when we did speak to him he was generally pleasant. But after all this and eating our bread appetizer, it had been about 40 min and still no sign of table (we were waiting to order dinner). We finally asked and it was going to be another 15 min - just to sit at a different bar area! I wish they'd told us from the start where they would put us (next time I'd make a reservation for sure). We finally decided to just order food from the bar; everything is a single item (you can't order one thing and get a well-rounded meal) and we wanted to keep it simple/cost-effective so we asked for the $15 chicken wings, and of course they were out of those as well. I don't like eating pork much for health/enviro reasons, but the pork belly skewer (one of the few more "normal" and reasonably-priced items) was admittedly delicious. It has some heat but is in a sweet, tangy sauce that was complemented by grilled Brussels sprouts. All in all, I luckily still had a nice time with my friend, but there were just some frustrations that could've been solved with simply communicating from the start.

Brandon was our waiter and he was so good! Went above and beyond

Nice place, nice ambience. Good service , but had to return two of our dinner entrees because they were extremely salty, considering that we ordered two of the same entrees and one was fine and the other one was inedible , and then another different entree was inedible too.

It pains me to not leave a favorable review, but feedback is always important, positive or not. And hopefully the establishment can utilize it. So sadly, I was just underwhelmed. The establishment is really pretty in that Magnolia style way, and the vibe/ambiance is great too. Service was also excellent, no issues there at all. It was the food. First, for a brewery with what looked like over 20 tap lines, the selection was really boring. I know IPAs aren't as trendy now, but to only have one that was a double IPA on the menu seemed strange. (No pale ale either) I would have thought there was more of a food pairing angle, which I must have missed? As for the food...the bread was dry and had no salt whatsoever. Very bland. And the ribs that were recommended, just not good. Sadly I can't say anything else food wise was really above average, which was disappointing considering the earlier positives I mentioned. A couple in my party did rave about the wine, so there's something else as a plus. Again, I wouldn't take the time to comment if there weren't such promise here. Hopefully it was just an off night.

This place is over priced for small bite appetizers and even smaller main dish options. The food does not look overly appealing at least its not appealing enough for me to pay $9 for four half peices of dry bread. COME HERE ONLY FOR DRINKS. Do not waste your time with this menu unless you're starving and have the cash to waste.

One of my favorite things to do after work is to sit at the bar and enjoy a delicious beer from TBT along w/ a nice meal. The bread is so good I get a craving every few weeks and must head in to satiate. The team is dedicated and always striving to adapt to meet the needs of the customer, which as a business owner I can certainly respect and appreciate. The entire area is evolving into a haven for food and beer lovers.

Wow! Just wow!! I am absolutely loving this place. Everything from the drinks to the food. And our bartender James - absolute all-star! We had the roasted sweet potato dip, the Oooooo Mommy, the Shake the Tree, Chance of Krampus, Hop & Bothered, the Red River Rita, What the Doctor Ordered, and the Monkey Shoulder. Great food, wonderful environment. Totally looking forward to coming back.
