Omgg!!! Yall!!! The Hausbar Farm Salad - with crispy chickpeas - made my heart SO happy!! And the Chilean Sea Bass was cooked to perfection with clams and some magic in a bowl!! The atmosphere was very nice and the Bartender and Waitperson - Candy - was absolutely personable and professional and lovely!! Thank you Candy!! For making my meal unforgettable!!

By far the best meal we had during our week in Austin, and we discovered the restaurant by fluke. The food was astounding, the service was top quality and the atmosphere was quiet. We happened to be there on a night where you could order an appetizer, main and dessert for $55. That's an unbeatable deal for the quality of the food we received. I started with a sweet potato soup, which was the best I've ever had, followed by a scallop dinner and cake dessert that had edible flowers incorporated into it. My buddies had the steak and they said it was the best steak of the week. I had to compliment the chef after that meal and did so. Highly recommend and would def eat here again.

Perfectedly sized menu. Prix fixe dining option was an incredible value. Sweet potato soup with horchata froth was unexpected and wonderful. Lamb was exquisite and most perfectedly done I've ever had, and poached pear was chefs kiss, honestly wish I could try everything else on the menu. Service fantastic, ambience lovely, I could not believe it wasn't more crowded.

I attended a lunch at this restaurant in a private room, and we left as they were closing. Right after leaving, I realized that I had left my Yeti coffee cup on the back counter of the private room. I went back twice, but they claimed that they didn't have it. I know that a staff member must have taken it, because the room was closed to the public.

Absolutely MaDnificent! The sea bass was superb! Peyton & Lynette made my daughter's birthday so wonderfully special. They added a beautiful wild flower bouquet to our table for her to take home. The meal was outstanding and the service was impeccable. It was our first time of hopefully many more dining experiences to come!

What a wonderful surprise! We did not know what to expect. The chef did an incredible job and every dish was perfectly prepared and beautiful. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. The wine list offered a very nice selection. We will return!

The ambiance was poor; very corporate. We dressed up for the occasion since it was my birthday, but there were folks eating in the restaurant in UT tee shirts. The service was poor. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a margarita (even though the restaurant was not very busy). When it came, it was undrinkable. The web site is misleading, implying the valet parking is validated (it is not; they charge $10). The dishes were mixed; cauliflower soup and the lamb chops were good, but the ahi tuna apetizer was miniscule, and the pork belly apetizer didn't have much taste. We will not go back to this restaurant.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience at The Carillon yesterday. It was our 10th anniversary and all the staff form the restaurant were very kind and warm about this especial date for us. The hostess placed us in a nice table and made sure everything was perfect. The food was very tasty and up to our expectations. The restaurant was quiet, giving us the privacy we needed to have a pleasent conversation. By the end of dinner, we were surprised with a flower bouquet we could bring home to continue the celebration. I truly recommend the restaurant for those who cares for a great experience.
