Service was SO BAD! Didn't receive our cocktails until we got our main course. Wine poors were minimal and arrived after we were done with our meal. Food was ok but it also arrived sporadically. For the price I will not return!

Very classy restaurant. The buffet is a phenomenal bang for your buck, with a variety of high quality dining options available. Particularly, I found the charcuterie board to be a great touch! I would recommend getting there at the top of the lunch period - while they do replenish items, after a certain point, if they're out, they're out (which makes sense given a limited lunch period and a restaurant focusing on eliminating food waste). There is something for everyone, and other than some dry brisket, I heard nothing but compliments from the rest of my party. Highly recommend!

This was a stunning dinner! Unfortunately, we had to hurry through it because we had a commitment. The wait staff were wonderfully helpful in getting us out the door in a timely manner! When we dine there again, which we WILL, I'll make sure we have time to linger! Delicious & great service should be lingered over!

My mom and I visited the Carillon before seeing a show at the Bass Concert Hall, and we had a delicious experience. From the parking garage (free with validation!) to the cocktails, everything was on point. The reduced price offer for an appetizer, entree, and dessert was a great deal, and the entrees were generously portioned, unique, and very tasty. This might be my new pre-show spot!

I had dinner with a friend for her birthday at Carillon and everything was phenomenal! We had brussel sprouts, a salad and the sea bass and everything we TOP NOTCH. I am still dreaming of the sea bass dish! I plan on going back soon to have it again!
