Food was outstanding, you can tell everything is made fresh. Tati was our server and took great care of us. We came with the intention of getting the impossible burger but unfortunately they had run out, my best friend is vegan and Tati went to lengths to provide reccomendations and even chatted with the chef to ensure my friend’s meal was vegan. My friend has a new favorite vegan menu item and we felt so cared for. We will absolutely be back to see her and she even told us her schedule so we can request her. Great experience overall!

Went to cheese cake factory to pick up 9 pieces of cheesecake , getting appetizers to snack on . The bill was 140.00$ I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED! The individual pieces were for a birthday party Saturday night . The birthday boy wanted a plain piece of. Guess who didnt have a piece ? He ended up with a red velvet and I went without. Be better , don’t worry , we’re not going back .

I hadn't been to Cheesecake factory in over 10 plus years. But I truly enjoyed myself, the food, employees, and atmosphere.

When we dined at this location exactly two years ago, we ordered fettuccine Alfredo and two cheesecakes— the Mango Key Lime and the Oreo Dream. Everything was delicious. This time around, we ordered fettuccine Alfredo, clam chowder, and two cheesecakes. The clam chowder was good, but the fettuccine Alfredo was way too salty and had an odd aftertaste. We ordered the tiramisu, which tasted like expired coffee, and the Mango Key Lime. The Mango Key Lime tasted way too bitter so we looked at the picture we took two years ago and realized that we were brought the wrong cake! Our server brought us the Key Lime instead of the Mango Key Lime. Luckily, we had a great server who was able to switch out the cakes, but the Mango Key Lime still tasted much different than two years ago. I remember the cake tasting like actual mango, but now it tastes so artificial. They no longer use real fresh fruit! The cheesecakes are going down in quality. It would be great if they could use natural and fresh ingredients again. Three hours later, when we got home, we all had bad stomach aches. Something about that food did not agree with our stomachs! I have been coming to this Cheesecake Factory since we arrived in Austin in 2012 and I will not return.

I've eaten at a few Cheese Cake factories, so I know what to expect. We took my girlfriend's daughter for her 18th birthday. I never had their green chili enchiladas before but there was very little green chili sauce on them which made them kind of dry.

But my main complaint was with how slow the service was.. I opted out of having a piece of cheese cake after the server said she would be right back to take our order but she didn't return for 20 minutes. The entire service was slow.

I believe our hostes name was Darian. He made our bday dinner special. I substituted the jerk chicken plate for salmon, and it was delicious. Hubby enjoyed the meatloaf plate. Oh, and the coconut cheesecake was absolutely delicious 😋

Was very busy on a Sat evening but we still got seated quickly.

Horrible experience. The service was slow and parts of our food were still cold. When I called to raise concern, the manager was conveniently unavailable. Never again.
