I have been here many time not a big fan of food but used to love the ambience and service but these days it’s become worse . Totally not worth it very rude and mean staff

Received biscuits on my strawberry shortcake that were not cooked at all. They were rock hard and texture like rubber.

My food was unremarkable. Had the so-called gumbo...tasted and appeared to be more like Chinese food. There was absolutely no broth and way too much rice. It made me realize why I don't frequent this place..

Always try to eat at a Cheesecake Factory when we travel. This location was a little smaller that others I have been to, but the staff was friendly and we did not have to wait long before we got sat. Highly recommend.

We celebrated my bosses birthday here on 11/20/24, and I set it up as a surprise. The staff was very accommodating. They let me put up some decorations in the bar area. My boss was very surprised, and I want to give a big shout out to our server Enrique, who was on point! He made sure drinks were refilled. Our water was good. Our food was amazing. He provided exceptional customer service and I really appreciate that they made everything go flawlessly. Thank you again! I have been coming here since 2007 and it’s my favorite birthday spot for brunch or dinner.

Burnt chicken sandwich with not enough sauce. Small size fries. Cheesecake portions have gotten very small despite the price increase.
Side salad has gotten small too.
This place has gone downhill.
Manager didn't care when I brought up an issue.

Stopped in for lunch. We were seated promptly. Only 2 in our party. Our waiter, Jordan, was very pleasant and engaged. I ordered a mocha espresso. It was delicious. Our food came out promptly and looked and tasted delicious. We ordered 2 Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge cheesecakes to go. No complaints. Next time we'll bring our teenagers.

They fixed the issue with my tire very quickly and even did it for free! Special thanks to Susi and Mike who works there. Great service, professional team, and very friendly attitude. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike!
