HOWDYY!!! I really enjoyed the artistic scenery on the ceiling and the architectur of the building which hopefully one day I can design something like it. The cheesecake is peak and the the service is great! It is missing one thing...but it's just my imagination.... I imagine a saxophone band playing in the background and some separate tables for students to study.

Tried the new cauliflower orange bowl also had the raspberry lemon drop which both were very tasty and of course the cheesecake is always amazing

This used to be my favorite but I can't say it is anymore. We tried this location because the last time we went to the other location in Austin, it was horrible.
This visit was better but still not what it used to be. The food is meh, the service was awful and the portions are no longer worth the cost. If corporate doesn't refresh, I think this may be the beginning of the end.

Honestly it was the worst restaurant experience I've had in my life. Food was atrocious - disgusting I dare say. My fried cheese was just batter with no cheese in sight. My wings and fries were cold to the touch. Wings were sent back and they were just refried with more sauce. Crusted parmesan Romano.... was just so bad I was embarrassed to deny the plate since it was the replacement meal. Took it to go and tossed it in the trash. I felt bad for the waiter since he did his best to make things better. I will never set foot at this location ever again. Customers beware and tread lightly.

Came here today because my baby wanted it for their birthday, was seated at a table and waited 15 minutes to not even be acknowledged by a waiter so we just got up and left. I should’ve known better than to go back after our last experience not only did the waiter have an attitude…the food was mid.

This place is a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The hostess has absolutely no clue how to quote wait times, and instead of correcting the mistake, management doubled down on incompetence. What should be a basic seating rotation turned into a clown show because no one knows how to properly use a seating chart or rotate large parties.

The real problem, though, is management. Two managers were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely incapable of basic customer service. No apologies, no accountability, no attempt to fix anything. Watching them “manage” the floor was painful.

The picture of the 12 top of tables were empty for 2 of our 2.5 hour wait. Despite only being room for 12 people, our party of 16 was seated there. Lastly, the restrooms were filthy.

For a restaurant that prides itself on volume and organization, this location is a dumpster fire. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, and dealing with managers who clearly shouldn’t be in charge of a lemonade stand, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
