Typical Coffee Store. Happy to see the merch was stocked up. Staff was nice. Hopefully Coach opens up a coffee shop in Colorado 😁

The store was so cool! Lots of delicious drinks and food, especially the chocolate chip cookie. The baristas were super friendly, and helped give me good recommendations on what to order. The merch is also super cute and you can’t get it normally online, so it’s definitely worth a stop. The store itself is awesome, all of the associates are beyond friendly and help make the shopping experience wonderful. Will be back again!

Coffee wasn’t good….
Overpriced but it's coach. Cool experience at least! It would be nice if they had some unique coach coffee Austin merch rather than just the same as NY.

The drinks were very sugary and did not taste like coffee at all. More so frappe-like from Starbucks. Definitely had high expections but it just wasn’t it.
Asked for no whipped cream and still got it. Ehh - wasn’t a fan. place is cute but that’s all it is really.

They can’t even make a flat white. Had to explain them the recipe and make a point, since they refused to admit it.
Got a shot of espresso with some warm non frothed milk and charge 6$ for it.

I had a wonderful experience at the Coach Coffee Shop . The staff were very nice to us, and the coffee was very good! The people I was with did say a lot that their coffee was pretty good. It is worth coming back and trying their different coffees.

Went to purchase the tote bag from the cafe. Over all felt ignored and wasn’t as welcoming as other coach stores

My wife and I visited The Coach Coffee Shop yesterday. The food was OK. But I was not impressed with the level of the service and the atmosphere for the money they charge.

Everyone here is really friendly and the line moves pretty quick. I got the shortbread cookie and it tasted stale. We also got the s'mores latte, pumping latte and caramel apple cider chai, the drinks are decent.
