We visit Austin often and we always make time to visit and eat. The empanadas are amazing as well as the tostones. We usually end up buying 5 to 8 empanadas, because they are that good

Showed up on a Friday at 10:30 a.m. and they're not open. Clearly not reliable as their business hours say they're open. God i. Getting sick of food trucks
This was such a fun time. I got one of everything basically and it did not disappoint. I would recommend to everyone.

The empanadas were incredible. Chef Marvin puts cheese in them, a unique touch and the sauces are a great addition. Tried tostones for the first time and although Iām not a huge fan of plantain I was very impressed with how flavorful and crispy they were. And although it was a hot day, the food park has great seating area thatās shaded. Just be ware that the empanadas are made to order so they do take a bit to come out.

Ok. I love empanadillas! If you are looking for THE perfect empanadilla/pastelillo/empanada or āturnoverā in Englishā¦. You should definitely try The Doughminicanās ground beef empanada! Iām usually very hesitant to try the picadillo or ground beef at restaurants because itās usually flavorless, boring or with huge pieces of vegetables ā¦ this one is flavor packed without being salty or spicy hotā¦ just delicious!
