The cleanliness and atmosphere should be set as the standard across Hilton Garden Inns.Would get dinner earlier in the evening so it was quiet. Tended to immediately by staff who were great every time.One time, I worked late, ordered my food on my way up to room to shower, and it was ready when I returned. This was the highlight of the week.Really nice open layout but without the echoes. And if it gets loud here at the bar, you won’t notice in your room.More than likely will return.

Our family greatly appreciated the over and above customer service and support from Zeplyn at the front desk. She deserves a pay raise. We travel all over the world and have different experiences. But she is a winner in our book.
This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, it’s the second, but it will not be my last, and here's why. The quality at this hotel is spectacular. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of in the way of luxury and comfort. From the slow-close (no-bang) toilet seat, to the solar screen shade that allows a view while maintaining the guests’ privacy and keeps out the solar heat, to the high-tech gym, the comfy mattress, pillows and sheets, and so much more. I’m a clean freak, a safety freak, a research freak, and I like to save money if I can, so before I came to Austin the first time I took to the computer to find a clean, safe hotel with reasonable prices. This hotel wins on all counts! I give it a 10 in all those categories. As for the service and staff – wow! Both times they made me feel like royalty. I don’t know the name of everyone who helped me, but I did get to know Sandra, Kristo and Steph, all of whom were always going out of their way for me. If they could make something happen for me, they did! To sum it all up, I can’t wait to return in a few months! Oh and here’s a little hint: the flatbread pizzas at the restaurant are yummy! Maybe on my next stay I'll do a review and post a photo.
We had a wonderful stay! Front desk was hospitable and friendly! I received text messages during our stay to ensure we were doing well. Our room was very clean and spacious. Only issue we had was our room was very stuffy and humid. We adjusted the temperature to try to battle it, but it didn't help. Please note that we did NOT report t to the front desk because it was really late and traveling with small children didn't give us time to change rooms as we needed them to get to sleep. Overall, our stay was enjoyable!

I boked a room through Reservation Stays for February 4, 2023. I was without electricity for the entire week due to ice storm, as were many others. When I arrived at the hotel I was met at the door and informed the hotel was trying to get up and running as they had just had electricity restored, but no rooms ere ready. I and the other gsests , who were met at the door, should go to another facility and our money would be refunded. I am now being listed as a no show and no money will be returned.. I think this is so sad to rob individuals during a disaster.

We got in very late due to a delayed flight, but Zeppelin really made us feel welcome and made it extremely easy for us to get checked in quickly and into our room. The cleaning staff was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything.
Unless you enjoy spending your hard earned money with the expectation of cleaning your own room and taking out your own trash, I would not recommend this hotel. Out of a 6 day stay for 4 (2 are young kids), room was only serviced once (on day 5) even after stopping at the front desk daily to request housekeeping. Very disappointed. Oh and to top off the experience, my credit card was charged prior to my arrival due to a system “glitch”.
The staff at this hotel is amazing. I was going through a major anxiety attack and they were compassionate and helpful. The Front Desk Manager especially was great. They even gave me a get well present. Overall, the room was clean and I was able to get a restful stay. When I return to Austin I will stay here again!
