Did not do what I wanted at all my eyelashes are short and it’s not what I wanted and the lady that worked with me she had showed me a picture of what she was going to do my eyelashes like and she literally did not do it at all so I would not recommend I would not go there ever again I was very upset with my results and how my eyelashes turned out would never go to them again and I spent at least $200 for my lashes and I was supposed to get a full set of eyelashes and I got little baby eyelashes that Not even noticeable at all on my face would not recommend

Decided to try Lash Lounge since I moved walking distance to one and came in for a long overdue eyebrow threading. I’ve had threading done at several places and this was by far the best experience.Comfy relaxing beds to lay on, and Ivy was beyond gentle. My eyes didn’t water once (which is typically what happens)Would recommend seeing Ivy to anyone!

Lashes looked good but not for long lasted less than a week (gaps). I don't understand how they can be at 4.8 star rating when the customer service is not 4.8 star service. Called office to see if I could discuss it with the manager and was told 24 to 48 hours for a return call that they work from home. For these reasons I decided to take my membership somewhere else. They are not worried about the customer at all
