Waited too long to get food, and the food was mediocre at best. Not coming back. I give it 2 stars because my server was really sweet and kind.

Very good food and the local atmosphere. Please support local business. Steak and frites reminded me of my trips to Paris.

Food was good but expensive for what you get portion wise. And I guess the breakfast dishes don’t come with sides.

I’ve been waiting quite a few months to try out the new local spot around the corner. I chose the classic cheeseburger at $16. You could have won me over…….But I’m so sorry. I should’ve just gone to P Terry’s. That was the size of your cheeseburger. Quality pickles I will give you that.
The meat was pretty good but overall you have to remember the price point on a cheeseburger. As far as french fries go…,They were crispy but mediocre. I would’ve chosen ones “hand cut”with a little bit of love..
Atmosphere which is crisp and classic BUT also lacked local warmth to the Austin vibe. Fresh flowers are good… warm colors on the wall, but bland. Add an Austin local flair by sponsoring local artists as far as artwork for the wall. It would give it that distinctive touch that says we are a local Austin hang….Come join us. “Kerby Lane/Hyde Park” vibes.
Just a few thoughts and ideas from your neighbor.

The service was excellent, but the food was not great. It wasn’t even good. The Mac and cheese balls were heavily coated and no flavor at all. The grain bowl quinoa was too hard, so maybe not cooked long enough. The drizzle on top was not enough to help the flavor of the bowl. The fries were fresh but way over salted and over seasoned , which was a shame. The fish sandwich was extremely basic. So, either too much seasoning or essentially no seasoning at all. Not at all what the advertisements portray it to be.

The host was very nice just entering! I had the parfait and it was delicious ? The breakfast looked simple but that's all I needed because it was delicious and still had my fill! The music helps with great vibes. This place is worth trying because I left this restaurant highly impressed by the flavors I got to witness ❤️

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids part of the menu. They even have some little toys for the kids to be distracted :)

Been here twice now (breakfast and dinner). Service is great and food is better than I expect. It’s also very clean. We need more places like this in Austin! I’m looking forward to keep coming back. They also have TVs at the bar that are showing football, so that’s a plus!

My cocktail and my food were good. The price was reasonable. The service made me feel unwelcome. I was sat and provided with water, but had to ask to order a drink and again to order food. The place was almost empty but the next time I my waiter came by was when she brought my check - when I was only halfway through eating. She left it with a “no rush” but I hadn’t asked for the check and might have otherwise ordered another drink or dessert. Overall, it felt like they wanted me in and out, despite it being an hour until close and fairly empty.

We checked this place out today and had a couple of sandwiches. The food was delicious, atmosphere very pleasant, and the service was excellent. The fries were very nicely seasoned and the perfect mixture of crunchy and savory. Great place!
