I prefer this place over others places I’ve been in Austin but as of late my order via doordash have been incomplete, I order a combo DIDNT receive fries and today I scheduled my order for a later time, was notified that my food was being prepared and when my driver went to pick it up he was informed that they did not have what I ordered and I had to be refunded! What was the point of saying it was being prepared in first place if that was the case? I was ordering it for lunch because I have before but I guess I won’t be eating it today ????????♀️ I’m disappointed, I spoke highly of this place several times. Smh.

This is my very first restaurant post for anything. It had 2 stars when i initially looked into this restaurant and decided to give it a chance anyway. This place is horrible. Stay away. I ordered 2 "Melts" from grubhub delivery service. There is hardly any cheese on these so called "Melts" and the Breakfast "Melt" that I got was basically just a sausage and burnt eggs with a very thin slice of cheese on a large piece of bread. The other "Melt" i got was suppose to be Turkey melt. 1 slice of bacon , two tomato slices with a thin slice of cheese that only fit in half the sandwich and very dry. One side of the sandwich only had 1/3 of one of the tomatoes, part of a piece of bacon and a very thin slice of turkey with nothing else. You can tell they do not care at all what this looks leaving the store. If any of this was half of what is pictured (advertised) I would have been content, but this looks like what you get at a school lunch cafeteria. Never again.

Literally THE WORST service. Came in for a DoorDash order tonight just a pickup and sat for 35 min for an order that was just ONE meal. After 40 I left, I got told when I arrived that it was being bagged. Don't tell me it's ready when it in fact is not. Didn't receive a single update after that. Extremely frustrated as I wasted what little bit of time I had to DoorDash, mainly just waiting. I could've completed 3 in the time I sat sitting for one. I DON'T GET PAID MORE BECAUSE YOU'RE SLACKING. They weren't even that busy. Wont accept an order for this store again.
