Amazing! It was my wife's first time and our 2 year anniversary dinner. From the moment we arrived to our dessert they made the whole experience feel so special! 10/10 recommend and we'll definitely come back to this location for other special occasions.

We had a 7:30 reservation for two and asked upon arrival if a third person could join us. We were told it would be a few minutes and were seated about 15 minutes late. The welcome at the host stand felt cold and transactional. Our server introduced herself but did not explain the menu or the fondue experience. The Valentine's menu was placed on the table but never presented or explained. We had to ask about it ourselves. When the classic Alpine cheese was prepared, there was no explanation or effort to enhance the experience. As she was serving the cheese and food, we still had no drinks at the table. I had to ask about them. My martini did not arrive until 50 minutes after we were seated and was not prepared as ordered. We were then told they did not have cocktail onions. The Pacific Rim entrée was not a good value. It included two pieces of shrimp, two small pieces of Ahi tuna, and two potstickers, with the remainder being steak. The proportions felt unbalanced and disappointing for the price. For $225 for three people, we expected a much higher level of service and food quality. We have had a great experience here before, but this visit did not meet expectations. As a veteran family, this is a significant expense, and we will be choosing to spend our dining dollars elsewhere in the future.

This is such a fun experience! The food was delicious, the experience was a blast and our waiter was fantastic. We did the four course package (it was a special occasion) and it was 100% worth the price. We left so stuffed we could barely waddle out of there. Highly recommend doing at least once.

And can we talk about their new “dippers”? Pure genius. 🫕✨ This addition takes the fondue experience to a whole new level. The variety, freshness, and creativity of the dippers made every bite exciting. Each one paired perfectly with the cheeses and chocolates, and it turned the meal into a fun, interactive adventure that everyone at the table enjoyed. It's such a smart update that adds both flavor and flair to an already iconic concept. The Melting Pot continues to do what they do best: create memorable nights filled with great food, great company, and something a little magical.
