I’ve lived in Austin for a few decades now and have been to most popular pho restaurants; the S-4 wagyu, rib, and ribeye pho is the best I’ve ever had. The broth was excellent and I’m a fan of how the dish was served, from the boiling broth in the hotpot bowl to the egg served on the side so you can cook it to your own satisfaction. I like the ability to add the premium noodles as you go so you don’t get soggy noodles or a quickly cooled soup broth as I prefer it piping...

I stopped in for Bahn Mi and will definitely be back! My sandwich was absolutely delicious and the restaurant smelled fantastic. I can't wait to try the pho! The service was helpful and attentive and prices were very reasonable.

4 big eaters, 2 who've spent time in Asia, 1 extensively in Vietnam. The menu was large, and included both traditional appetizer and drink selections. No bia hoi/bia tuoi here, though! But they even had flan on offer for dessert.

We started with fresh spring rolls (pork ond shrimp) which were huge. 3 had the ribeye pho, and I did traditional dry noodles with sauce and condiments. Everything was fresh ingredients, big portions, and attentive service. 2 couldn't...
