I tried calling multiple times on multiple days to place a pickup order during the posted open hours with no answer. The hours on their website are also not the same as the ones their voicemail states. I guess they don't want my business.

Every time I come to Austin I stop here. Don’t forget the Ranch with your pizza, it’s so good.

Closed 30 minutes early, per their own signage.

Normally wouldn't rate, but went out of my way to eat there...

Pizza is great but lunch times not accurate. It says they open at 11am but it is closer to 11:45 and sometimes like today it is 12:30 and they are still not open. If they opened on time I would eat here more often. Also place could use a good cleaning

This is the new death metal pizza place replacement. I used to love getting pizza at 2:30 am after a night out in Austin. This is the place I go now for late night pizza. Post Covidpocalypse shutting down everything good and fun that is now America . I’m glad we can still get late night pizza in Austin . I miss being able to find more 24 hour places

If you're craving a no-frills, late afternoon bite, The Onion is the perfect spot. Tucked into compact quarters, this unassuming to-go counter is all about satisfying your hunger with simple, classic fare. Whether you’re grabbing a slice after a night out or picking up a pizza roll on the go, they’ve got you covered.

The menu sticks to the basics—pizza pies, calzones, and pizza rolls—but that’s exactly what makes it great. The pizzas are straightforward yet delicious, with crispy crusts, melty cheese, and just the right amount of toppings. It’s the kind of comfort food you want when it's late and you’re in need of something satisfying.

Despite the small space, service is quick and friendly, perfect for those who want to get in and out without a fuss. And the fact that they’re open late makes them a go-to spot for night owls and anyone in need of a reliable bite after hours.

The onion may be compact and no-frills, but it delivers exactly what you need when you’re craving a classic, late-night slice.

Is this place even open anymore? They are always closed when I go

Bad customer service, inaccurate pricing in person from what is stated online, and absolutely horrible atmosphere. The manager does not know how to talk to customers, especially in regards to errors caused from their own incompetence.

Pizza was just not worth it. Pricing is not very consistent on any page you look up, their own website is pretty off. So expect to pay more than it’s worth.

Was definitely put off by the employee who seemed to be upset that business was picking up. A person ahead of us ordered a pizza, and when my friend went up to order the employee was annoyed by it.

The place is a dump, it’s falling apart and there’s no way it’s just the “charm”. I don’t see how this place hasn’t been shutdown for health code violations.

Don’t really think I’d recommend this place to anyone

Cool old school dive pizzeria. Pizza was well done and tasted great. Excellent sauce. Sell by the slice as well. Give them a try.
