Bomb pizza slice and excellent service even at 1am. A little expensive but honestly better than some pizza up north (Boston, NYC). Loved!

The Onion is a solid, casual pizza spot that’s easy to like. The pizza came out hot with a nicely baked crust and plenty of toppings, and the slices held together well—no messy, soggy middle. The menu is straightforward, the prices feel fair for the portion size, and it’s a good place to grab a quick bite without overthinking it. Service was friendly and moved at a decent pace, even when it got a little busy. Not a life-changing pizza, but definitely a reliable place I’d return to for a simple, good meal. I put a photo from my professional cam.

Great pizza, service is decent. I work downtown so I love how close it is to get a bite. However, as of Jan 22 2026 this place is CLOSED I don’t know why when it clearly says they’re open. Very disappointed.

Not open at 11 pm. Looks completely abandoned and a bunch of scary people out front. Seems like a trap.

Last night I ordered 3 Large one topping pizzas, they charged me $67 that was double the price that is shown on their website. On their website, it shows $12.99 for a one topping large pizza. When I called back, they gave me the excuse of “well the website is old. It need to be updated”. Smh
My total should’ve came out to be $38.97 plus tax so round it up to $45
Let’s just say I’m highly upset, although the pizza was great, but it also ruined my experience!

Me and my fiance come here when we walk down town at night some times, Doug the man at the counter during the night is the best conversationalist ive met in ages.
The guys down to earth, and can toss that dough pretty well.

Best pizza I’ve had in ages that leaves me actually wanting more, and I usually never like pizza! Super cheap too. Absolutely must check this little hole in the wall, out!
