I ended up throwing out the Chinese Chicken BBQ bowl. Not worth the calories.

They charge more for soda than the menu lists. I brought this to their attention two weeks ago and I still haven’t received a refund and the menu price is still not updated. Incredibly disappointing that an austin based chain would scam thousands of customers. On top of the scam the food took FOREVER to come out and it wasn’t even busy.

I want to start by saying that I genuinely like The Peached Tortilla. Unfortunately, the airport location does not reflect the quality or experience of the restaurant itself, and it has noticeably gone downhill over my last few visits.

First, the order counter is not always open and orders are often taken at the neighboring bar. That alone would be fine, but there is never any signage or communication letting customers know. You end up standing at the counter waiting until the bartender eventually notices you.

Second, the service is much slower than expected for an airport walk up restaurant. The line for food frequently backs up, and the staff appear overwhelmed and frantic. From an outside perspective, the operation seems either inefficient or understaffed. On my most recent visit, my order was somehow skipped entirely. I waited for quite a while before asking the bartender to check, only to find out it had been missed.

Finally, the food quality has been disappointing. The tortillas hardened almost immediately as they cooled, and the avocado on my tacos was visibly brown. I picked it off rather than asking for a fix, especially after already dealing with the missed order.

If I were the owner, I would be concerned about this location representing the brand, because for many travelers, this is their first impression. Thankfully, I am a local and know what the Peached Tortilla is capable of, but this airport location does the brand no favors.

Pretty good for an airport place. It's not at the level of their brick and mortar locations in Austin, particularly since it doesn't have happy hour, but $5.50 is not a bad price for the tacos you get. Got the Korean steak and eggs and the brisket and egg. A bit under seasoned, particularly the brisket, and the corn tortillas were kinda sad, but they were at least stuffed full and double wrapped. When other places nearby are near $20 for breakfast and even the breakfast sandwiches are running $9+, this is solid. Also has Radio coffee

For airport food, this was excellent. The flavors were solid and I'm happy to see arugula, although I likely messed up the dressing order because I got none. Food came out quickly and felt like a genuinely healthy airport option.

Amazing gourmet tacos. I had the Korean steak taco and my husband had the BBQ brisket. Bith were fantastic. Great price at 2 for $11.00.

I fly in/out of AUS at least once a month and sometimes I’ll get a Korean Steak bowl. Today? The bowl was so good! Just overall flavor, toppings, sauce. It was all working today! Great food!

Bahn mi taco was dripping in oil, yet the meat was somehow dry. Brisket taco seemed to actually be braised beef.

Can’t expect much from airport food which is vegan. Glad there’s a clear vegan option which you can get either as a bowl or wrap. Could use some sauce. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-07

Airport Tacos, they can’t be good right? WRONG. This is always my go to spot at this airport before I leave. A fun fusion take on tacos. The Tacos are also 2 for $11, pretty good value for an airport restaurant. For my two tacos I got the following:

Korean Steak: Arugula, avocado, tomatillo salsa, cotija, pickled red onions, fried shallots. Very good! The steak was seasoned and good great. Fun twist on a taco.

Banh Mi: Vietnamese braised pork belly, pickled daikon carrot, sriracha mayo, cilantro. Also very delicious. I had so many traditional tacos in Austin, these were a fun way to end the trip. You can’t go wrong with pork belly. I would recommend both.

So glad we checked reviews and went here. Photo doesn't do it justice. Best burger I've had in recent memory, fries were great with the peach bbq sauce (could have used more sauce), and the bahn mi taco is delectable. They forgot the caramelized onions on my burger, but corrected it with haste when I brought it up.

We ordered fries, chicken and banhmi tacos, and a Korean steak bowl. The fries were great. The dipping sauce they came with was very sweet, my wife liked it but I wasn't a fan. My wife loved the chicken taco but thought the banhmi taco was okay. I really liked the Korean steak salad bowl. The dressing was great.
Overall, this is a good place to stop for food in a busy airport.

I think this has probably been the best food I've ever gotten at an airport. My wife and I shared the bahn mi bowl and the BBQ chicken bowl, and side of fries. The fries were good but unnecessary since the other two portions were good. The bahn mi was really tasty, but I liked the chicken the most because the juices soaked down into the rice and gave it an amazing flavour.
